Zestmoney — Settled off loan amount but not updated with credit rating agencies

I had used Zestmoney to purchase airtickets on Makemytrip in March 2022. The scheduled flight was cancelled and airline refunded the entire amount. However Zestmoney was showing that I have a pending loan amount. Finally after complaining multiple times, to Zestmoney and on https://www.consumercomplaints.in I decided to settle the amount because my credit score was getting affected and I was not eligible as coapplicant for my wife's education loan. I settled the loan on 5th December 2022. I thought my ordeal was over. However when I checked my credit score in Feb, it still showed that my loan was not settled. I have written multiple emails and every time I have been assured that my complaint will be attended to on priority basis. The complaint email thread has become too long but with no resolution. My ticket numbers are #3236583 and #3408134.
