Zestmoney — Showing pending EMI when amount was refunded

I had booked Indigo airtickets to Phuket on Makemytrip using Zestmoney on 01.03.2022. However the flight was cancelled due to Covid restrictions and the entire money was refunded on 07.03.2022. However I'm still getting messages and calls from Zestmoney for my pending EMI when I haven't taken any loan from them. I called Zestmoney multiple (3-4)times regarding the same and was assured by their customer service executives that this matter will be resolved. Yet I'm getting messages saying that there is an EMI pending failing which my credit score will get affected. This is in the literal sense, harassment.

It has been 42 days. I get a call daily playing record saying that I have to pay pending amount. I tried calling their customer care number but I am always kept on hold for a very very very very long time. I had previously told their customer executives 3 times. All of them assured me that this would be resolved but it has nit been resolved yet. Now my CIBIL score is getting affected because of this stupidity.

I have mailed Zestmoney multiple times but the issue is not yet resolved. Last Monday(21/11/2022) I spoke to their executive named Rushika who assured me that the issue would be resolved within 24-48 hrs. It did not resolve. Then on Thursday(24/11/2022) I spoke to Mahek who assured me the same thing. She also gave me the ticket number 1607738. After another 48 hrs I spoke to Rohit on Saturday who assured me again the same thing that my issue will be solved by them. On asking whether there is any superior who I can talk to, I was assured that there is none and the issue is solvable at their level and gave me the ticket no. 548549. After another 48 hrs I called and spoke to Gagan on Monday(28/11/2022) who said that they have forwarded and highlighted and escalated the issue and it will be solved within 48 hrs. He gave me the ticket no. 1687243. It has been another 48 hrs. and yet I'm getting messages from Zestmoney to pay them money, which I don't owe and have to face harassment for the same. My credit score has got affected because of the callous attitude of Zestmoney. And this has been going on for 9 months now.
I want Zestmoney to settle the score and restore my credit score. Otherwise I'm left with no option but to file a case in consumer court for harassment.
