This is not the service we want you to experience from us. We deeply regret the trouble you had to face with ZestMoney.
As per the update from our relevant team, we would like to inform you that the amount of Rs.2000/- has been adjusted towards the late fees.
If the EMI is not paid on the due date and gets failed the bank will charge you bounce charges and after 3 days of the due date a late fee of Rs. 250/- will be added.
However the payment which was deducted from your account is yet to get updated in our system, hence we advised you to please allow 24 - 48 hours of time for the same.
We will try our best to not let problems like this affect the experience of our customers in the future. Please bear with us this one time.

Updated by Jamsheela I agree that I have missed the emi for the month of May 2022. Around 8 emis for total of Rs. 10, 000.
Before sending ecs 2nd time, 3rd time ans 4th time, you dint intimate me. Due to this 24 times presentation of ecs and it got rejected 24 times, can you imagine what will be the cause happend to my cibil. Also, I paid 10, 000 as ecs return charges.
I informed you on June 4th that i will clear my outstanding emi for May by end of June.
But you have again done cheating, you have debited june emis from my account through ecs and adjuated as may month emi and made june month emi as over due and put overdue charges again on june month emi.
Which means you already took 2000 for may month overdue and putting again 2000 as overdue charges for May month

Updated by Jamsheela One of your agent Mr. Rahul has replied that overdue charges can be waived off by informing your concern team. I received this mail on June 6th. Please find the attachment

Updated by Jamsheela I request you to return my hard earn money if 2000 which u debited from my account without my permission and also adjust another 2000 towards june month overdue charges, so that i can clear my outstanding.
I have sent nearly 14 emails but nobody bothered to respond me.
