My name is Ashwini. I have two concerns with Zest Money, and after more than a month of follow-up, not a single inquiry has been handled. I wrote an email to the escalation team, but it appears that they are also asleep.
1) I need a NOC for the write-off entry to be removed from my CIBIL ( A/C No [protected]) - I have cleared the payment and it is above 45 days now.
2) Duplicate Entry to be removed ( Why did a duplicate entry was reported by ZEST money (A/C no DMI[protected]) - Who and why was it entered twice?
It's incredibly aggravating because I'm writing emails and get no responses, and the only answer I'm getting is to borrow time.
My loan has been delayed for so long because of your sluggish and careless individuals or is this a deliberate delay intended to annoy someone?
