[Resolved]  Zestmoney — wrong cibil score update

I have never missed any payment in my life ever, but zestmoney (Dmi finance is showing as if i have missed 1 payment which brought my cibil score down by a many points.

I am planning to apply for a car loan in 3 months and i don't want a low cibil score as it will harm my chances of getting a low interest rate.

In order to check and resolve, we need your complete latest this month's Transunion CIBIL report in PDF format (with password if any) for verification purposes. Kindly send it to [protected]@zestmoney.in. Once done, we will check, help you rectify and update it on the database.

This usually takes 20 - 25 working days for the process to be completed and request your patience while we are working towards the resolution.

The below steps will help you to download the file.
Log on to https://creditreport.paisabazaar.com/
Submit the request form by providing your details and click on "Get Free Report"
Click on the "Download Report" button on the right-hand corner and save the file.

You can also write to our Grievance Redressal Official ([protected]@zestmoney.in) or Nodal Officer ([protected]@zestmoney.in) for escalation.
