Zestmoney — Wrong information reported on CIBIL Score

I am writing this email regards to the concern i am facing on my CIBIL Score, as I borrowed 2 loans from Zest money.
1st Loan Account no.[protected] RS 5, 924 on 11th Feb 2022 and I have paid all the balance on 2nd May 2022. There is no amount due in my account.

2nd Loan Account no. 26A4802730V2- RS 13, 261 on 6th June 2021 and I have paid all the balance on 21st Aug 2021. There is no amount due in my account.

As I have paid all the EMI'S on time but in my CIBIL Score it shows amount due and active from 2021, i have sent multiple emails from March 2023 to them and they have resolved only one account, but another still shows active. Because of that my CIBIL Score comes to 450 from 850 and it has increased interest on home loan.
