Zestmoney — zest money even after paying emi still asking for money

I have taken a loan and paid the amounts on time but they did not update my payments and are not responding to my emails. They lack a good customer service. One day they say the payment is updated and the very nextday they say the payment is pending. Similarly the are repeating this porcess for over two months now. Till date i have send them atleast 50 emails and complaints but still they are not responding. They have also made my cibil worse by wrong updations
