This is regarding the loan from ZestMoney cardless transaction of Rs. 36900.0 on 03-Mar-2023
The seller cancelled this transaction on 23-Mar-2023 as they had no stock available.
The same was informed to Zestmoney Customer Care by email, Chat and Phone along with the cancellation confirmation provided by the seller.
A total of Rs. 40, 308 was deducted from my account. I had been following it up for 3 months like more than 35 times and every time they just send the same scripted response to my emails but no refund as of now.
Looking for other means to raise this issue and get my money.
My experience with ZestMoney is very Frustrating and Pathetic!
