I paid my Nykaa order amount of INR 2296 via Zest Bolt on 14th March 22 my due date to pay the bill is on 5th April 22 I paid my bolt amount in advance on 4th April 22, I was happy with the smooth transaction until today they charged me INR 2296 via NACH/ECS and I received the mail of account debited. Why charging twice as I already cleared my bolt. Very disappointed with the service. Several times i have called and mailed to zest money to credit my money back but they are not responding.
