Zicom — Not able to get in touch with Zicom office for complaint or service

We have Zicom Fingerprint Standalone Access Control & CCTV network cameras. Access control is broken and I am not able to call the service centre as they do not have number. And there is no reply on my complaint since a year....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Zicom — My amount debited from credit card

Address:Goregaon

I received call from [protected] & [protected] and told calling from Axis bank, later told redeem points or else it will expire. Also they were knowing my card details and asked to share the back side card number. Later OTP received later got my credit card spent of Rs. 8821 /- again asked to share the OTP which I haven't shared. After I called Axis bank customer care they said no on called from Axis bank....

Zicom — Cameras off line message

My parents have Zicom CCTV in Dehradun and I have come to London for work.
Everything was working fine but one day without any reason I got Message: Cameras Off-line.
I tried deleting the app and went through the whole process of setting it up again on my app but kept getting that message.

Please can you help...
