We have Zicom Fingerprint Standalone Access Control & CCTV network cameras. Access control is broken and I am not able to call the service centre as they do not have number. And there is no reply on my complaint since a year.

I received call from [protected] & [protected] and told calling from Axis bank, later told redeem points or else it will expire. Also they were knowing my card details and asked to share the back side card number. Later OTP received later got my credit card spent of Rs. 8821 /- again asked to share the OTP which I haven't shared. After I called Axis bank customer care they said no on called from Axis bank.

My parents have Zicom CCTV in Dehradun and I have come to London for work.
Everything was working fine but one day without any reason I got Message: Cameras Off-line.
I tried deleting the app and went through the whole process of setting it up again on my app but kept getting that message.

Reference to our discussion we have Purchased Zicom VDP from your approved Delar - NA Enterprises Mumbai.
VDP model - 4Villa intercom BB416b.
Bill paid Amount- 9, 650 Rs
MRP - 19, 450 Rs.
Purchase Copy enclosed for your reference.

Quality Problem - VDP it is not working properly.

This issue observed immediately ( One day )from Purchased date - 05.04.2022.

Above Zicom with in Warranty claim period.

We send back VDP to Delear for replacement as per
Under Warranty claim. Reference to our discussion on dated - 10.04.22 with you through Sarita Madem.
As per our discussion you will send the CIN note
- Mail to Vendor for replacement and with in 2 days issue will be solved as committed.

Delear Feedback - Machine Burn.

Our observation- No power supplier adopter provided by Zicom to this VDP machine.
Direct Power supply wire soldered to PCB and
On PCB mounted components/ hardware is not capable to sustain the Power failure issue.

Possibility will be become repeated issue for this particular VDP model.

Kindly check all comparator VDP model -
CP plus, HV vision, Godrej etc - all models use
Power supply adapter to procet VDP monitor from
Power failure Burn issue.

Zicome Product design team miss out -
( DFMEA) Design failure mode and effect analysis.
DFMEA identifies the effects and outcomes of these
failure or actions.
( Chines design/ Mfg and Zicom not checked Quality Parameters )

Why we BUY this machine !!!
Reason - Faith, Trust on Zicom Product Quality.
- Last 6 to 7 years we are using Zicom VDP.
No single Quality issue found.
This machine included power supply adapter. On same place we replaced old VDP to new
advanced VDP.

Kindly look into this matter and support / help for
the replacement new machine or other type Zicom
New VDP replacement accepted to us.

I have been calling complaint no. As well as the partner who fitted the zicom at my house, they are not responding to my complaint about the system not working! Please get it fixed ASAP! It's really disappointing

The device is not getting on. The video door phone type is SD880RCI8. Photo of the same is attached.

We got video door bell from builder 2 years back... But it has no volume and video too... Resolve the problem...

We already give cheque to your company of ₹9999/-on dt. 29/1/21 but till today not receive the product. Please look into the matter and reply us.

We have installed 6 cameras in our Society Eros CHSL, Kanjurmarg. Today when I wanted a footage as one lady forgort her mobile in the taxi. As this taxi entered our society premises, we wanted to get the taxi no. But to our shock, we could not get the recording.

After checking with Mukesh, Service, we were told that the date was wrong and hence no recording can be found. The date was showing as 1/7/2012. When asked as to how this date is showing wrong, I was informed that this can happen if the CMOS battery is having a problem

It is such a huge loophole in your systems. Suppose, God forbid, there would have been a robbery or murder and the police would have come for investigation, we would have been shocked that there was no recording available.

It is a complete failure on Zicom to not solve for this glaring loophole.
We would like to know who is going to compensate for this loss and as a secretary how do I answer to our member who has been paying their maintenance charges (including your security cameras) and today we have to embarassingly listen to this member that "aise security camera ka kya fayda jho kisike kaam ka nahi ho".

3 of CCTV camera are not working in our company.

From saturday 16.11.2019 morning panel started giving some irritating voice. We have already call to zicom company an toll free number.
1. They instructed to do some function but most of the fuction says permission denied
2. Then they launched complaint but still not resolved.

Because of this voice from saturday to till date 18.11.2019 our cctv monitor is close

The service person visiting the residency of people is disconnecting the gas connection of people without proper notice and confirmation from people, when called the services person to rectify the issue, service person is denying to visit and saying company here is to just earn money and not providing services, if not benefiting the company they would not provide any service neither register any complaint, just because it is not benefiting the company.

. But till time except some branches there zicom service & massage alert not functioning. Branches are taking follow-up with concern team but always we have getting same reply engineer will visit. Whenever there are gold loan & cash counter transactions are happened since almost last 4-5 months. So kindly check and take necessary action of as above casual approach. Branches detail are below.

Our society (Rumeet) purchased zicom security and monitoring systems services directly from the company. At the time of sale, we were assured of prompt service and support. Our monitors are not working. We have put in loads of complaints to them. The contact person keeps his mobile switched off. No response to service calls and no actions. Only bills have been sent on time.
Such poor service is not expected from a company of such repute.
This amoints to cheating. Now we will have no choice but to explore other course of action including legal.
