I purchased DVR with three cameras in November 2013, Till October 2013, they worked fine till I asked them to install 4th and last camera. Within days, The DVR stopped working, I asked Zicom too replace it as it is under warranty. I RECEIVED COMPLAINT NUMBER 167081 ON 20TH OCTOBER 2014. They replaced my DVR with their old repaired DVR. After that one new adapter got faulty. They replaced it along with DVR. The replacement was done on 20th December 2014, after two months.
Now the brand new camera is not working, It is not working from past almost two months. And waiting for replacement. This 4th camera is replaced by Zicom earlier also.
Very poor service and no accountability. I dont know where to go and take the help. Was this information helpful? |
