CCTV not working properly

I purchased DVR with three cameras in November 2013, Till October 2013, they worked fine till I asked them to install 4th and last camera. Within days, The DVR stopped working, I asked Zicom too replace it as it is under warranty. I RECEIVED COMPLAINT NUMBER 167081 ON 20TH OCTOBER 2014. They replaced my DVR with their old repaired DVR. CCTV, DOOR PHONE not working

In November 2013, I purchased Zicom CCTV from Delhi office. It was an expensive product as compared to Karol bagh and Gaffar Market. I was very emotinally attached to ZIcom because of their prompt service. It was a good deal and I liked the product.
