I purchased DVR with three cameras in November 2013, Till October 2013, they worked fine till I asked them to install 4th and last camera. In November 2013, I purchased Zicom CCTV from Delhi office. It was an expensive product as compared to Karol bagh and Gaffar Market. I was very emotinally attached to ZIcom because of their prompt service. It was a good deal and I liked the product. Later in October 2014, I purchased 7" LCD door phones, and the problem started. When their was old wiring available of my previous ALBA door phone, the installer insisted me to install new wiring. I did so. But since then the door phones were not functioning properly. I am pissed of calling again and again to Zicom. On 20.10.14, I complaines to Zicom call centre about CCTV not working, the complaint number is 148214, since then I have called to call centre and different executives of Zicom but problem is not resolved. After 50 calls, one engineer Mr. Lalit visited my residence and informed me that DVR is not working and need to be replaced under warranty but since then today after two months the problem still stand still and daily I keep on calling to their offices but no one is bothered to get their work done. Please don't buy anything from ZICOM. Its unprofessional, unethical. Also one camera with wrong denominations delivered to me.
