Zila Sahkari Bank Ltd. Bareilly — money deducted but not come out of atm

My saving bank a/c no. 12688 is in zila sahakari bank ltd. Branch faridpur bareilly. I used my atm card of said bank in punjab national bank atm ekta nagar women bareilly on 13.03.2019 atm id no. D 2879400 time 18:39 for withdrawal money of rs. 10000/-. Unfortunately the amount of rs. 10000/- is deducted in my a/c which message received by me immediately but the same amount did not disburse by the atm machine. And the atm machine screen shows time out.in this regard i also sent so many application in my branch. But after lapse of one month the said amount is not credit in my a/c.
It is requested to pl. Look into the matter and credit the said amount in my a/c.
