On 11/4, passengers were unable to identify the exact pick point (in Anand Vihar Delhi), so called marshal that passengers are at a particular location. Marshal asked to stay there and will pick up in a while. Bus was late by 15-20 mins. Kept on calling again and again to ensure they dont skip the passengers. All of a sudden, marshal says we asked to you be at some other pick up point and was totally talking in very rough language. Some how we were able to locate the bus at some junction point but Bus did a U Turn and didnt stop. We started chasing the bus via our car and asked him just to wait for 2-3 mins...he didnt wait. We have chase for 20-30 km (hope may be in 5-10 mins will be able to catch him but didnt stop but keep on saying we are waiting, driving slow etc). The Marshal used very bad language.
