I was going from Ahmedabad to Jaipur (15.02.2023) I book zing bus from red bus online, bus no- RJ27PB0916 my ticket no- ts3g25255842 my seat was last in bus seat no - u-18

I am traveling from Rajkot to Jaipur in Zingbus. Booked the ticket from redbus where it was showing that one rest stop at Hotel Darshan at 07:15PM.
But to our shock bus driver denied to stop the bus citing the reason that bus is running late so we will not stop at any rest stop.
On top of that he started shouting and said that we will run our bus according to us not according to you.
The rest stop was not according to...

When i am trying to booked the seat from zing app then option showing with payments methods i choose phone pay after that payemnt. Done debited from my bank statement then after the app page showing only processing but has not booked any seat but payment debited. And i again done payment foe 474. To book a seat in this case i pay two times. Double payment and get only 1 seat booked i am auffering from loss

Breakdown happen during journey and I left the bus in yamuna expressway and booked another cab worth rupees 3000/

On 11/4, passengers were unable to identify the exact pick point (in Anand Vihar Delhi), so called marshal that passengers are at a particular location. Marshal asked to stay there and will pick up in a while. Bus was late by 15-20 mins. Kept on calling again and again to ensure they dont skip the passengers. All of a sudden, marshal says we asked to you be at some other pick up point and was totally talking in very rough language. Some how...

There was a murder last week in Udaipur when I was running late by 5 minutes because of murder and traffic jam.
Inspire of informing the driver and requested him, the driver left me boarding the bus. They have not refunded 2000 rupees for udiapir to Mumbai. Many bus services are delayed at the start by around 30 min to 1 hour. This is a GENUINE murder in the Udaipur city and couldn’t reach the bus stop on time, there was a 144 section in the city and still this ### bus service don’t give any respect and responsibility towards CUSTOMER. They charge very high bus rate as well.just for their on time performance rating they behave so rude and trouble passenger and don’t even call back and respond. I give 0 rating to this ### bus service.

Myself Manish Tripathi journey dated on June 11, 2022, pickup time 9.30pm from iffco chouk, opp hp petrol pump, BUS NUMBER UP70FT0703.
my personal suitcase contains more than 25k belonging missed during journey by Marshal negligance.
i complaint this to legal team Mr. Dhruv Makhija contact number [protected], and Akash das [protected], they both assured me that they will take care my refund and after 1 to 2 days they started ignoring y calls and now they are not doing anything refund and simply saying do whatever you can do.

they both are cheater and they zing bus stolen my clothes and belonging more than 25000Rs.

I am travelling from Ahmedabad to gandhidham via zing bus and it has been over an hour i requested the driver to stop for the loo. I am super annoyed by the behaviour worst trip. He keeps refusing to stop the bus...

I am standing at boarding point before 1hr from the sheduled time 16:45 at dharuhera but bus not stopped at given time and even operator not contact me at reach to boarding point.

I am waiting for 3 hr afterthat he says bus is departed from there boarding point.

I need compansation for mentally harassment.
