Zing Digital — I want to delete my mobile number from zing tv

I had a zing digital tv which was not functioning now but now when i purchased a new dish tv then my mobile number is already present on their database because of zing tv so when i want to login in dishtv website or want to get account information on whatsapp it is showing of previous one so please resolve my this problem.
