Dear Sir,
I am a customer of Dish TV and taken a dish of Zing having VC no. [protected] since last 2 years. Recently problems are arising in watching different channels and signals were not found. Accordingly on call technician came on 15/04/2017 and charged Rs. 175. After about 7 days the same problem raised and the same technician were phoned but did not response. Accordingly, your local dealer at Agartala (Tripura Trades,[protected], [protected]) was contacted and advised to recharge and recharged Rs. 2390 on 28/04/2017. After went to home the same problem, no signal were found. Again contacted the dealer and advised to bring the set top box to them. They have replaced it and charged Rs. 400 on 01/05/2017. When the box was connected the problem was not solved. Again they replaced it (2nd time) but the problem did not solve. Again on complain they have sent technician in 1st week of May, 2017 against payment o Rs. 475.00. What he did he can say but the problem did not solve. Further, he told to replace some parts. He has visited my home 3 times but could not solve. Lastly, he changed the cable, transponder etc. as per his report and I had to pay him again Rs. 450 and lastly informed that the set top box is not working. He replaced the box (3rd time) next day on 17/05/2017 but only Zee news and Ajj Tak is coming. No regional and other channels are coming further displaying that the channels are unsubscribed.

Under the above circumstances please arrange to solve the problem or instruct your local dealer at Agartala for refund of my money which I have paid in last one month in different days of about Rs. 5000.
Dear Sir My tv with zing dish tv VC no-[protected] is not functioning though I have recharged it .The messege on the screen shows VC deactivated.request to solve the problem.

    According to zing tv customer care I have recharge with rs 100/- to activate my connection against VC no [protected] and I have received massage from zing tv that"vc [protected] rs 100 rcvd against total monthly amt rs 199" but when I on my TV I see that the blue plate 102 vc no is deactivated.

    So I request to activate my connection against the VC no.
    Even after recharge the dish is not active since 2 days, i called several times customer care, but still it is not solved. It is very pathetic, and thinking to change the zing dish tv with another dish tv or videocon/reliance.

      No customer care no.shown on tv.[protected] could not resolve my problem they said since i was supplied with a faulty setbox supplied by them to the distributor the repairing charges should be on me.on the most just to subscribe a single channel i had to bear a rs160 call expenses to its customer care.looto dish looto.ironic is'nt it subhas chandra docments show on success but his basic mantra is cheating.

      Iam a customer of Dish tv and taken a dish of ZING DIGITAL VC NO [protected] since last 2month .I recharge my zing digital on net benking Rs 199 dt 19.10 2017, 6Pm. recharge successful.But not showing zing digital service providers so select DISH TV Service provider in this Vc no.

      The worst service that I have ever seen. It is shown on the TV that no channel has been subscribed but I have made sufficient recharge and also have selected the proper package. Every time I call to their customer care they are saying we will have to arrange a technician for which the charges are to be paid by us. If the problem is from your side then why don't you try to solve it..

        I recharge my zing digital VC no. [protected] of Rs. 200/- on 11.09.2016 and received a message from VK-ZINGDG (We have received a recharge of Rs. 200 for VC no. [protected] against total monthly recharge amount of Rs. 199. Details of balance, validity will be sent in 24 hours.=-11 September time 16.39.33 hours)
        Today I open the TV and view that " 102. Viewing Card (VC) deactivated. please recharge your zing digital connection to avail services".
        Sir, I recharge my VC no before time but unable to view the TV.
        You are requested to activate my VC no. [protected] immediately for which I shall be grateful to you.

          I have recharge my zing digital TV bt the picture is not comming
          On 17th january 17 i recharged with 249, When i was switching on, not display any thing vc no is [protected]
          I have recharged v.c no: [protected] for rs.100 on 14/04/2017. Transaction was online vide trans ID: A[protected]. Even after successful recharge confirmation my dth box stills shows message to recharge and no services at all. Kindly resolve asap.
          Free channel are not available during cricket matches .
          This is cheating with customers .
          Everyone are not financially able to suscribe sport channels
          Please stop cheating
          My Set of box got complaint, I Need to purchase a new one.But non of dealers here at angamaly have the stock.Where could i able buy one Zing set of box.

                Customer care no. 0471 – 6001347 =[protected]Contacted mr arun on 12/07/2016 13:42 hrs)

                Dear sirs,
                Consumer no. [protected] – laly s. Abraham
                We have got your dish tv connection on 19/05/2016 upon payment of rs.1890/= (Rupees one thousand eight hundred ninety) the same day, an official receipt still pending from your kottayam baker jn. Dealer (The technician who collected money advised to collect receipt from the dealer, whereas dealer said that online receipt will be issued – but so far not received).

                At the time of connection it was informed that a monthly recharge of rs.139/- is included in the above payment.

                After three weeks got a call and informed us that the monthly charge is hiked and it will be rs.149/- next time!

                So, we have remitted rs. 149/- on 17/05/2016 and got its acknowledgment in the mobile no.[protected].

                In the first week of july '16 it started displaying on tv that the connection will expire on 8th july, and got disconnected – no picture now!

                When checked with you agent/rep at baker jn., kottayam they said that rs.20/- was charged as reconnection fee from last recharge of rs.149/- which is totally wrong, that the connection date is 19th whereas we have paid next month due on 17/05/16..

                Please look into this matter with priority and reconnect without any more delay until 18/07/16 though we lost some days now (9/07/16 to 12/07/16).

                As you noticed. My mobile phone reception was not well while talking you.

                Hope you believe that “a customer can never be bad if the customer service is good!.

                Today I got an SMS in mobile phone that above connection is now SWITCHED OFF! Pls recharge with Rs.149/- !!!

                      CUSTOMER CARE Team,

                      My Name is Sharma. I have Cable connection with Zing Digital located in East Godavari District, AP. We have encounter problem with set up box is not working. So, i Contact with CUSTOMER CARE and registered a Complaint to install my Setup Box Properly. But till time my issue was not resolved and your CUSTOMER CARE has connected my CALL TO one of Stupid Chump Supervisor, bloody Idiotic Supervisor was held my call without talking anything like dumb guy for about 20 minutes and more, later call was disconnected by him.

                      I am not understanding whats the ### services provided by Zing Digital Service to their Customers. Is it that stupid way to respond Cusomer, Even after multiple times to call CUSTOMER CARE also they were not responding my call properly and immediately.

                      I want to resolve my issue with in 24 hrs.

                          Sir I am Dillip Mallik my zing digital vc code is [protected]. I purchase zing digital last 6 months but setup box not working now zing digital retailer was not replace that box. He told that to pay 600 rupees for replace. That fault from company end why I pay that penalty so I request for solving my problem.

                                Dear Sir \ Madam, On 14/5/2012 I purchased new Zing digital for my home having VC No -[protected] The subject matter is that from yesterday morning no cable connection available in my home which is I raised the complain to the customer care . But all the time I receive a phone call from the customer care that your complain is resolves and closed, but I never come to know how they resolve and closed the complain without letting me know about the same. In their communication every time the mention that we have checked and found there is not any mistake in connectivity. . . So I request trai to take some hard action against such companies (Dish TV) which raises false commitment and try to fool their customers by making best service provider. This is not the kind of service please let me know what action I need to take I appreciate your attention in this matter else I have no choice to file a complaint in consumer court .                                 I have paid Rs.420 for recharge at Dish TV dealer at Palakollu and got message and the transaction ID[protected] and got message as My Next Recharge Date is[protected].But in TV my Account was not updated and themessage coming as to recharge immediately, and informing as to unplugged on[protected] Please rectify it.I contacted customer care by email and phone but no use. What can I do?

                                On 18/12/15 I have paid Rs.250 for recharge at zing digital dealer at belpada, Odisha and got message but I not get the total channel that provide by your zing package ANAND PACK.What can I do for this problem.Other wise I have no choice to file a complaint in consumer court.
