I'm writing to report a distressing incident I experienced with ZINGBUS, highlighting serious safety concerns for passengers. Despite assurances of 24/7 support, my recent journey with ZINGBUS left me feeling vulnerable and abandoned.

As a single female passenger, I had booked a midnight bus with ZINGBUS, hoping for a safe journey. However, the pickup point was located on a dark and deserted highway, raising immediate safety concerns. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with the journey, trusting ZINGBUS's commitment to passenger safety.

Unfortunately, the situation quickly turned into a nightmare. The bus failed to stop at the designated pickup point, leaving me stranded alone on the highway in the dead of night. Despite numerous attempts to contact the bus marshal for assistance, my calls went unanswered, leaving me feeling scared and helpless.

After multiple attempts to reach the marshal, they finally answered and directed me to another location. Despite my frantic efforts to reach the new spot, the bus departed without me once again, further exacerbating the distressing situation.

This experience could have had far more serious consequences. I was left stranded on the highway for over an hour, exposed to potential dangers and feeling completely abandoned by ZINGBUS.

It's deeply concerning that ZINGBUS failed to uphold their responsibility for passenger safety, particularly for vulnerable passengers like myself. The lack of accountability and disregard for passenger well-being displayed by ZINGBUS and its staff is unacceptable and must be addressed urgently.

I urge you to take immediate action to ensure incidents like this are thoroughly investigated and that measures are put in place to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Passenger safety should always be a top priority.
