Refund issue

I have booked ticket from Muzaffarnagar to Delhi on May 24, 2024 with
PNR Number: ZM[protected].
At the time of booking, my boarding time was 3:00 PM and dropping time was 6:07 PM. On their website, it's clearly mentioned that boarding time may vary from 0-45 mins but without any prior information they have changed boarding time to 4:10 PM and so dropping time at 8:00 PM. I have to catch the train at 7:50 PM so I cancelled this ticket.
When I asked for refund they refused to refund my amount .
They said I agreed to board the bus at 4:PM- ( I never agree even they dint ask me for this) then said booking has been cancelled from your end.
It's clearly mentioned bus can delay maximum from 0-45 mins. But they reschedule the time without informing and so dropping time delay by two hours.
I tried contacting them through mail many times but haven't yet received any response.
I request you to instruct zingbus team to look into this matter and initiate my refund ASAP.

Bus was changed without notice , conductor said its your fault that you booked Zingbus, double sharing was imposed even after req
I booked Zingbus for travelling to Amritsar from Gurgaon . I preferred this particular bus because it was reaching at Amritsar earlier than other buses. I have very urgent and unavoidable meeting tomorrow morning. Bus was 1 hour 15 min late in departure.
Bus is changed without any notice ans they forced the passengers to share sleeper with unknowns . Secondly conductor is so ride that he says it’s not his fault it’s your fault that you have booked a Zingbus. This bus is stinking like hell . And they have forcefully asked me to travel on a upper sleeper .this is the most uncomfortable journey of my life . A journey that I will remember till I die . Worst experience Zingbus has given me . I will shout out loud everywhere that Zingbus plays with your emotions .. collects money from you and throw you like a bundle of scrap wherever they want . I will reach out to the highest level personally in this company to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else . Had there be your daughter travelling alone at night ams she had to travel with a arranges in a sharing sleeper and some drunk unknown person is lying near her . Can you imagine this to you … Shame n Zingbus !!!

I booked AC BUS seat but they provided me non AC bus they charged me bus fare as according AC bus and also they provided information to me regarding AC bus but at the time of boarding bus they provided me non AC bus and also bus staff it's also not good person it's totally unsafe as according my experience. I am girl and I trust on consumer forum so, please do against on these types of travel service provider....

Very Irresponsible Service
My friends and I booked a ticket from Mandi to Delhi for June 26 th seven thirty pm. There was a landslide in the area so we were in a crisis situation and wanted to get back ASAP. Even after hours of waiting in the bus stand we couldn't get a reply from the bus operator after calling them several times. Nobody picked up the phone. They were asking us to "chat" on WhatsApp and get automated messages. THIS IS NOT WHAT A CUSTOMER NEEDS IN AN URGENT SITUATION! After so long they texted saying that the bus will come late by three hours. Even after that we waited for so long but the bus didn't arrive and nobody called us. Finally we had to pay an extra amount and another bus, that too ZINGBUS, which came a bit earlier than the other one ( Our bus came after 4 and the bus we boarded for which we paid double the amount, came at around 2). This was nothing but total exploitation. And we were not given a refund. You might have your policies on refund but this behaviour to customers is really cheap.

Ver poor service
We had booked 4 tickets from Mandi to Delhi on 26th of June. Because of the land slide in the area the buses got delayed, which is understandable. What is completely unacceptable was the sheer negligence from Zing bus to inform us about the time of arrival. We had been stranded in the bus stand for 7 hours at night in wait of their phone call. Still they didn't care to respond to our calls. Then we had to takr another zing bus for double the amount, which felt like total exploitation of the situation. We have lost a lot of money and not a penny has been refunded. Such irresponsible behaviour.

I and my wife traveling your kullu manali package. we were misled by you and your cab driver. Your package told to visit both Kullu and Manikaran places. But your cab driver refused to go to both the places and took you only to one place.And your bus hr38z0002 was unnecessarily standing at the toll plaza for one hour. Your driver doesn't have manners says talk to the company I don't know anything about it. Due to which I missed the train going from Delhi to Sirsa. I have suffered a lot because of your poor service.

Bad behaviour by driver

I booked a bus from Sujanpur Tira (HP) to Delhi via zingbus on 20th January with PNR ZB[protected]. It was a late night journey and I was about to reach my destination on 21st in the morning at 5AM.
I requested driver to stop the bus at Burari bus stand which was my destination, the driver deliberately stopped the bus 1.5 km ahead of my destination and asked me to deboard there. Upon asking the driver that why he is not stopping the bus at the Burari bus stand which is a common bus stand for all the roadways, local and private buses he said I will take the bus over the fly over. Basically, Burari bus stop is below the Burari fly over and driver stopped the bus just at the starting of flyover(which is 1.5 km before Burari stand) as he wanted to take the bus through flyover.
I requested the driver to take the bus through the normal road not through fly over as both he path are going to meet as same road, the driver reacted very wildly on this and behaved very rudely. He used some profanity as well in Himachali language and said to me 'tuje yaha utarna h to utar nhi to m bus chla dunga, mai tere baap ka naukar nhi hu'. This is really such a bad experience for me that in the cold dark at 5AM I went 1.5 km ahead on foot to my destination.
Moreover, thing that I noticed as I was sitting just behind the driver on seat number 2 that drive was continuously talking on phone via his neckband(earphones) and he was smoking as well.
I really want a strict action to be taken against the driver so that this kind of issue won't be repeated or else this was my last trip with zingbus and I'll raise the isse to social media, need a proper acknowledgement and response on this.

Mental Agony
I am traveling from Rajkot to Jaipur in Zingbus. Booked the ticket from redbus where it was showing that one rest stop at Hotel Darshan at 07:15PM.
But to our shock bus driver denied to stop the bus citing the reason that bus is running late so we will not stop at any rest stop.
On top of that he started shouting and said that we will run our bus according to us not according to you.
The rest stop was not according to me but it was shown on there website as well as on third party application RedBus.
Bus driver is rude, bus company is fraud as when I asked on there helpline number they also denied to help and said bus is ours not yours. Though fellow passengers like me all have paid the higher prices than other buses operating in same route with thousand times better facilities

On top of that he started shouting and said that we will run our bus according to us not according to you.

Harresment/Inconvenience/wrong information

On 12th jan 2022 i was not assisted well by customer support team result to which i missed my bus in the middle of night at 11:30 i was left alone in the boarding point.
1 hour prior to boarding time i spoke to customer care personnel they assured that crew will contact me, i asked him multiple times as i was not getting any update from bus driver. Still he asked me to wait and wait.
Waiting for long i told customer support please look into the matter i have not received any update may be they cannot reach and gave my correct number to him so that he can connect call with driver for better resolution.
They were continuously telling me they will call on registered number but what if team and customer know that the registered number might be wrong which was corrected before time but when i repeatedly told the correct number still i was not assisted properly by team and as a result i lost my bus.
Now team members are showing me call records, when they knew number is incorrect what was the point in calling and telling that we did call you. I too have a record that i asked customer support to call me in case of emergency that is why emergency contacts are there but in name of emergency contacts they only provide universal ivr number in which you can only chat no calls this is totally unacceptable and breach of contract as basic amenities consists of emergency contact details of bus operators.
I waited for bus in the exact location then but the bus was no where to be found. I was not given bus number this is the case of miscommunication from the side of zingbus and resulted in the worst ever experience.
Later when it was past 30 mins bus departure they gave me excuses that we are concerned about the issue and it was my fault and denied refund.

Zingbus Seats were wet, had to deboard, They denied Refund

I booked Zing on 3rd December to go back to Delhi from Manali. When I boarded the Bus, the seats were wet from water or vomit, I am not quite sure of that. When I asked the bus marshall, they provided me with a piece of clotH.
The whatsapp customer service was useless as expected, and when I complained to them, they said, You were already provided with a piece of cloth so that you don't get wet. The bus was cold, and my seats were wet. The temperature outside was cold but the temperature inside was even worse for me and my partner because of those wet seats. We asked the marshal to provide other seats but they denied. We had to deboard because of the worse services, worse treatment by staff and customer service. I asked for refund and they denied it.

Driver Didn't arrived / picked up at the pickup location
My booking PNR is ZB[protected]. I arrived at the pickup location atleast 15 mins before departure but the bus never arrived at the mentioned pickup location on the zingbus app, nor I received any call from the bus driver on change of the pickup location. since the bus time was up, I called the driver and he started making ridiculous excuses that the pickup point was different. what type of service are you guys offering. my number was all time available and without attempting to solve the issue, he was asking me to reach the zingbus support. Till the time I reached the zingbus support he left and there was also no direct number for zingbus. please help to sort this. I didn't expect such service from you.

Yesterday I was travelling with my family from manali to Delhi with ZingBus and the behaviour of the conductor was very rude. My father asked him about when will the bus arrive to Delhi, he answered him in very bad behaviour which is really not acceptable. When we arrived Delhi, my father asked him his name, he threatened him and not told his name.
I still don`t know his name and accepting some kind of action towards him.

Yesterday I was traveling with my family from Manali to Delhi from ZingBus. the behavior of the conductor was so rude that he was abusing with my father and misbehaving with them and when my father asked his name the conductor did not respond and threatened him in a very bad way.
I am also attaching the conductor's picture so that company can take strict action against him.

Bus was canceled at 11:40 pm after making us wait for 3 hours

Bus was delayed at first, then they made us wait without reason for an hour, when the passengers debarked themselves after getting annoyed wanting an explanation they said that the bus is not working And we have to wait without giving an estimate or an alternate option. Then we got a message stating that the bus got canceled and we will get a refund at 11 : 20. Bus was supposed to depart at 8:50 but no explanation or apology was given by any staff present, rather there was fight between some passengers and the staff. When trying to connect to customer care they just said sorry for the inconvenience and to find an alternate option ourselves at midnight after making us wait for 3 hours. This is highly unacceptable, the quality of customer support of pathetic and a refund does not justify the outcome.

Harresment/Wrong Information/Inconvenience

The ticket was booked from Kashmiri gate for a travel to Pathankot. The place of pick up was modified by zingbus from Kashmiri gate to majnu ka tila which is like 8 km away at the last moment...Was forced to cancel the ticket as it was not possible to reach the modified destination in such short time ...the call that I recieved from zingbus person was wrongly arguing that the booking I did was from majnu ka tila and not Kashmiri gate ...This thing has happened with me for the 3rd time since I started using this miserable app an year back.
Pathetic management would say...please don't travel through zingbus as events like these may cause a lot of harrasment and inconvenience to you in case u are travelling with a family and old people especially..

I'm complaining about the service the zingbus provides and their incapability to cater to customer needs

I'm a frequent user of the zingbus service. The bus is almost never on time and we mostly have to wait for hours for the bus. This is the first time that i got a little late. About 10 minutes and the bus did not wait for me. 2 days back I travelled from Delhi to Chandigarh through zingbus and the journey that was supposed to take 5.5 hours took 12 hours!!! There was no apologies or compensation from the company's side and we were expected to understand. Our time and money is not valued by the service but somehow their time is highly important. I am just not okay with this behaviour of no accountability or understanding.

Rescheduling of bus without intimation and delay by 5 hrs.
No pre message with bus number or driver number. Bus got rescheduled from 9.50 PM to 1 AM that too without any intimation.Further inspite of picking up from ghatkopar busstand that argued to come near mankhurd bridge pickup point.And lastly no point of contact, customer representative for asking any questions. All the buses have. Any issue might arise with passenger. But no number to contact.Our luggage was kept badly where our bags got damaged and wet.All the clothes got wet.Our trip on the 13th August got cancelled because of delay.
This is totally unacceptable.

No pre message with bus number or driver number. In asking to be picked a stop before my pickup point. I was argued with rudely. Why can't stop if not the same route. And lastly no point of contact, customer representative for asking any questions. All the buses have. Any issue might arise with passenger. But no number to contact . Only watsapp that alps robotic. No real response.

Not pick up my pick up point
I booked a Zing Travels bus ticket from make my trip on 29.06.2022,
Zing Travels drove me from the pickup point without pickup and stopped at the next pickup point I was called at my own money. When he really asked for money, he asked me to take it from my make trip.

I booked 2 tickets delhibto Manali zingbus offline on 13 May 2022, afterward at 9pm dated 14 may 2022 they picked us. At mid night the driver of zing bus left us intentionally without any calls that they are leaving and told guard of the hotel that another bus will pick them.
