[Resolved]  Zingoy — gift card not working

I have purchased a gift card of bigbazar in 500 rupees on zingoy but when i showed the cashier that gift card he said me this is not active then i contact zingoy customer he said me that i raise despute this gift card but when i go to rasing dispute this gift card i saw there 'only you can raise dispute within 10 days of order' then is mailed it on zingoy email i'd he replied me these below;

Since you had not provoked a dispute from the app or website of zingoy in time by clicking not working. The gift cards purchased are covered under zingoy's buyer protection for 10 days hence we urge you to use these gift cards at the earliest and mark them as redeemed within 10 days.

If you encounter a card with a balance discrepancy after 10 days of your purchase, unfortunately, the gift card is no longer under the buyer protection scheme as we have already released the payment to the seller and validated the cashback. Thus, it is important to check the balance and redeem it within 10 days from the date of purchase.

We totally understand your concern, but since the dispute did not get raised on the mentioned time, so we would be unable to assist you further on this.
Then i contact there customer again he said me you contact bigbazar customer care then i contacted them they said it is not our work you contact them that provide this giftcard it is there responsibility then i said giftcard custumer that zingoy custumer said me i contact so then i contact you, big bazaar customer said he provided you wrong information please complain against them in consumer court so i contact you please help me.
