Dear sir/madam, i purchased voucher code of Rs.4000 from zingoy on 29.12.2023.but voucher code not received still today 13.02.2024, I raised the complaint on 30.12.2023 but there is no solution provide from zingoy team. I send many more email to zingoy support there is no response from zingoy team, so i attached the screenshot of the issue please take a legal action against zingoy team....

Sir, someone called your company, after talking and depositing money, there is still no information. Next, block my number, take action and get my money back.

Hello my name is Mohammad i purchased a gift cards worth of 12000 from zingoy and they delivered the gift cards to my email and when i going to redeem the gift cards it is showing me the gift cards are Linked to another account and i cannot redeem the gift card and i report the issue in there app and they are not responding me with proper resolution and they are making me for too many days and i purchased the card a week ago and they are just saying to wait for 48hrs

I purchased from zingoy website, paytm voucher of 500 rupee but voucher it's not working, please refund my money Rs.525 total, I raised ticket complaint but no any one take action on this, automatically company closed my complaint ticket its fraud with me.Order Id: #11989273

I bought a gift card of croma for amount Rs 5000/- from Zingoy. When I visited the croma to use my voucher it was already linked in someone’s wallet and after 2 days it was redeemed from that wallet. Now Zingoy is not providing refund or alternate voucher

I have been cheated by Zingoy by offering the Fake Deals of Magzter Subscription purchase.

Magzter has promised to pay Rs 2110 Cashback for the Purchase of Magzter Sunscription and I had done the valid transaction but CASHBACK NOT TRACKED and now they are asking extremely longer time of 90 Days for resolution where usually it takes only 24-48 Hrs incase of Missing Cashback. And this way it is cleared that intensionally they are asking for such a longer time to cheat with customer.

Not geeting concrete resolution and reply instead of Fake assurance by ZINGOY against each followup for the compalint No./ticket No.348930.

Kindly help me as have been trapped in the fake deal and fraud of Zingoy and lost my hard earned money.

Hoping for resolution at earliest.

On 20 feb 2020, 2:54. I perform a purchase on magzter by zingoy which is offering a cashback of rs 1100 on rs 999 purchase. So i found a good deal on it that "on buying a subscription of rs 999 of magzter, zingoy is offerring cashback of rs 1100" so on 20 feb 2020, 2:54 am, i make this purchase of 999.

It was mentioned that cashback will get tracked within 72 hours and if your cashback doesnt get track then they will help with registering missing cashback. My purchase doesnt get tracked and filed missing cashback. After 3 months they reject it and saying me that your cashback doesnt get tracked.

And now not listening to me and sending same response when i am asking reason of it. I am student and 999 is big amount for me.

Here are some details which i found -

Actually when in starting my cashback doesn't get tracked (Zingoy not accepting missing cashback) then i contact to zingoy and they says to me that when i perform this transaction, magzter paused this offer (On 20 feb).

Actually, when i perform transaction offer is live on zingoy and zingoy developer (Offer manager) stops offer in morning about 11 am. So i says to them that at that time offer is working on zingoy then says ok and accept my missing cashback complaint.

As per this information, this happened due to zingoy fault as magzter stops offer but your zingoy developer doesnt.

But now they are not listening to me and hiding there mistake by saying merchant reject it.

Totally fraud company

Flipkart transaction click tracked amount still not getting validation.. When i ask them they said click was missed so we can't help more but i captured screen shots before it got invisible. The amount is still under tracked section. So i need it to immediate validation process

I have purchased via zingoy instantly I get zingoy clicks & amonut reflected under tracked section but now they said Cashback will not validated due to there is no click history.. but I had taken several screenshots & enclosed here.. so the proofs should be speak here. I hope with our constitutional rights by our government.

I have raised a ticket #210608 with zingoy regarding one of the issue where one fraudster has used my paytm to purchase from their site. I tried to call several times to the customer care number but no response. They didn't stoped order made from site with order id: 5675602 and transaction id: [protected] and the fraudster who did this uses this no +91 [protected]. I have complaint to paytm also but they are also not able to contact zingoy. Please take action against zingoy because people are using it for fraud. Thanks!

Recently i bought 10000 rs worth gift cards from zingoy app. Its been 24 hrs and i havenot received any gifts cards nor have gotten reply from the support team. My money has been deducted. And i have also paid a service charge of 700. O do not understand how the company can falsely promise fake agendas. Hi team. Kindly look into this in priority.

I redeemed my cash back amount to my bank account but it's not credited to my bank account when i redeemed my cash back amount to my bank account they removed and said it's due to technical error it's almost 15days over still not received my money now they are not responding to my mail please take legal action against them as soon as possible because my cash back worth1700 rupees

Big fraud happened with me.
I had purchased 2 paytm gift card worth of rs 200 with handling charges rs 28 from zingoy app on 22nd october 2018. When i am going to reedem the gift cards on paytm it's shows that it's already used. But i have not used it. Zingoy gives us old and used gift cards. I had mailed them but they don't answer me.
I want my money back.

I bought 1000 rs. Amazon gv from zingoy on 14 oct. On 15 oct i was trying to add in my account, error come. After that i checked gv balance on woohoo. Its 0... I lost my 1000 rs. My gv's number is [protected]. I contacted amazon customer service representative, they told me that gv balance is 0. U got blanked gv. He suggest me to contact orignal seller.

But after one day flipkart has deactivated that gv and say me to contact zingoy against this. I mailed zingoy many times but they didn't replied. I tried to call them but unable to contact them. Fraud and worst app... No phone number to contact.. No reply from customer support mail... Many mails many complaints... But not a single reply... From customer care... I shop on coolwinks on 14 june... Zingoy promised to give 399... It also tracked... Maximum time was 90 days.. That is also over... Instead of confirming... They rejected it... I mailed them screenshot of successful transaction and order... But no reply... Very worst and pathetic service
