Zipcash — Wrong money deducted

My olamoney account [protected]@gmail.com mobile number [protected] my olamoney balance rs 919 dt.24/11/2016 but suddenly my account balance show zero (0) I am not use balance where is my balance please reverse my ammount I send mail to zipcash many time for this problem but not any solution for this please return my money earliest I use my money thank you
