Zipro Property Management — No refund of deposit since one year of Vacating the Flat

I had vacated the flat on 15th October 2020, having said the deposit refund will be proceed in 3 months as Covid19 outbreak.

After having many followup Zipro's office in Singasandra promised me they will handover a cheque on 11th of December 2020. But from that day their office in Singasandra remain closed.

I have tried reaching to Mr Pradeep the Director/ CEO of the company and Few other staffs ( Mr. Nishanth, Mr. Rakesh ) who I was contacting before. But They're not responding properly.

I had filed a complaint in Consumer grievances portal as well, but no help till now.

Kindly help in recovering the deposit paid to Zipro. (I can furnish all the document/ communication evidence)
