I had vacated the flat on 15th October 2020, having said the deposit refund will be proceed in 3 months as Covid19 outbreak.

Our landlord is forcing us to serve the one month notice to vacate the property, however, it is nowhere mentioned in the agreement and nor discussed while taking the property.

We agreed upon below facts only
1) Termination of the agreement before expiry then we have to serve one month notice
2) if we vacate before 6 months then we have to pay an additional one-month rent
