I haven't received the product and due to size problem I tried to cancel the product.but even before I the product reaches me, they are like by Nov 22 we will pick up the product.What the hell is this?

    I had returned a bra a few months back and I got refunded in the form of zcoins (where they said that Rs 1= 1 zcoin). However, the app is not allowing me to use my zcoins while purchasing a new product.

    I would be extremely grateful if you could look into the matter and do the needful

      I had to return the product to zivame. But the amount i received in zivame as zcoins. This is wrong. You have to transfer the amount in my bank account. Pls transfer the amount in my bank account asap

        It has been so many days I have returned the product worth 3074, and didn't received money till today... please do consider my complaint and get my money back soon.

            I have ordered a bra worth rs 783 and with the delivery charge of cost me rs 891. The product quality was very poor. So i placed a return request and my product was picked. But refund was issued as zcoins and not in cash. But its only showing in the app that zcoins have been refunded but it has not come at all moreover the customer care call is responding. Please order your product carefully.

              I have placed order for 2 bras total of 1198 rs (Order no[protected] on 18th august and i have received that on 24th august. The item was not upto the mark, so i placed a return request, on 25 the august, i got a message of credit of z coins in my account instead of cash in account.

                I've ordered a pajama set and it came out bigger than my size so I've initiated return on 13th of August. After initiating return within 2-3 hours delivery boy came and took the product. After 2 days I got call from delivery boy saying he got notification to pick the product. He told he'll cancel the pickup request as he already picked the product. It has been 14 days till the date the product has been taken away but still my order status is on pick up initiated. I've called many times to zivame customer care they are saying to wait for 24-48 hrs to get my refund but I'm not getting any update. Product has been taken on 13th August n its 26th of August now. I request you to please update my orders status and initiate refund as earlier as possible. My order number is 79991462.

                  requested zcoins not transfer into cash in bank account.

                  I have placed order for bra of rs 471 from zivame site on 18 july. On 23th july i received the product. The product is defective so i placed the return request on the next day the product is returned. On 24th july they convert my cash in to zcoins. So on 25th july i requested to convert my zcoins into the cash till date i have not received my cash in to the bank account. Such a worst experience with zivame. Want to place legal action against...

                  Product order date - 19/05/2020
                  Delivered to me - 02/06/2020
                  Then returned the product through self shipping on 05/06/2020 due to size problem which was reached to them on 21/06/2020. But unfortunately refund not processed even after several call/email to customer service.

                    Date of order - 9 july 2020
                    Date of return items pickup - 13 july 2020
                    Status is showing as return complete. However the amount is not refunded. As i did cod, amount should appear in zcoins as per policy but it is not done. I am following up everyday, they say it will be done in 24 hrs, 48 hrs or 72 hrs, standard answer.
                    My order number is 79785354.
                    Amount to be refunded is rs. 2267.055
                    Please refund my money. So that i can reorder.

                    Complaint marked as Resolved 
                    Called again to customer support and asked them to refund the amount by today or else will file a legal complaint for fraud against them. After that they took the issue on priority and the amount was refunded on the same day.

                          I ordered from zivame app on 16th may 2020. The product wasnt delivered by the given date so i reached out to zivame consumer help. They told me due to the current situation it got delayed. I decided to wait till date they are yet to deliver. I raised a complaint again & an asked them to cancel the order but they keep giving excuses that its with the courier company dtdc so they are unable to its been 2 months now. I was contacted by dtdc courier service 4-5 times just to ask if i got my parcel when i asked them to cancel the delivery they kept saying that we ll do our best to deliver. Im still yet to receive my order or the cancellation to process. Zivame hasnt contacted me from last week about situation.

                            I have submitted a return request for one of the item and it has been picked up from my address. I have received a message that the refund has been initiated and the amount will be added to my account in form of zcoins but i don't want any zcoins and i want my money back to my bank account. Please make sure that the money id refunded back to bank account and not to my zivame account.

                              I returned an order from zivame and after few days they gave me zcoins in the app. I then asked for to convert my 1020 zcoins into money and transfer it to my source account. They removed my zcoins, so I thought they would transfer my money to the bank account. But it dodn' happened. I have written a lot of number of times now. Either they tell the payment eas mot completed or your money will be given 3 to 4 days. Its been a lot of days and I haven't received my money.

                                  I had ordered few items from zivame on may 24th 2020, i got the package on 11th june 2020. I have already sent 3 emails and in my first email i had sent along with screen shots of the items that i have received but there is no response. There is a customer care number which does not work. Every time you call it would say we are closed for the day please send us email. And then u keep sending emails. I want refund of the items which haven’t received or resend my items which was not sent earlier. These people’s site also never work to give any query.

                                    I have requested for return/exchange for my order but pick up was not available and hence I was asked to self ship the items. I did self shipped the products through DTDC and the same was delivered on 21st May to security. Since then I have been requesting for refund but still not got. Please note that I have confirmation slip from DTDC that these items were delivered on 21st may

                                      My delivery with order no. 79520877 has been showing the status as delivered but i didn't receive any product from zivame and even call from the delivery agent. I tried to contact zivame customer care but got no response. The package was supposed to be deliver at the address of andhra pradesh (Ongole)
                                      Pin-523002. Please look into the matter. I also received a message regarding delivery completion but haven't received any package.
