I ordered a bra on march 31 2019. Initially the delivery date was 10.04.2019. Nearing to the delivery date.. The shipping date was moving forward. I was never notified. I kept waiting and after 1month, i got really disappointed and e-mailed them. I was replied back to cancel the order and re order. When i'm trying to reorder, the same discounted product is not available.
As i'm done, i want a refund. But there is no option to get the...

I cancelled my zivame products... As its taken to much time to deliver.. It's worth of rupees 1143.. And refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specificed account number..

I ordered 3 bra which is on the offer but i returned it because of size issue...

Now zivame credited my refund as zcoins and there is no such option to trancfer zcoins to my bank account... Please i want my money back into my bank account

It is the worst experience with zivame.. How can they do this to customer??? There no customer care number also no option to transfer refund to bank account and you made a...

I had received a defected bra with a tear below the left boob so i returned it the very next day. They had sent my refund as zcoins in my zivame account with a validity of 40 -41 days which i think is very unfair because first of all it was not my fault that the bra was torn and secondly i could not find my size (Which expectionally is 30 a. I mean come on women do understand the struggle to find the perfect size) immediately at that moment....

I returned my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 1892 and refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specificed account number.....

I had returned a product to zivame through a courier service since reverse pickup is not available in my pincode. The courier service shows that the parcel is delivered but got no confirmation or refund from zivame. I had emailed to the customer service but they are not responding well asking me to wait for them to confirm. But even after 3 days they have not responded....

Wrong products delivered twice. Once in the original delivery then in exchange. When asked for a resolution, they asked to return the products and take a refund as they can't exchange more than once. On refusing to return they offered rs.700 compensation that too if i spend rs.2000 and on the cost of their fault. On refusing to that they promised me a call back with a final resolution in 24 hrs but it's more than 4 days there is no call at...

Hi team,
I got a product from zivame on 1st january 2019. After that i returned it on 7th january and since then they are not refunding back the amount. It has been 10 days and they are only saying as there is a technical issue with paytm but paytm is up and running for everyone.

I have followed up atleast 5-6 times and everytime same thing they are telling and they are not giving proper solution for the same nor escalating...

I am priyanka rakshe. I have been a regular ziwame customer. I purchased a pushup bra, from ziwame outlet in westend mall aundh.
The purchase is of 7th september 2018.
Its not even a month that i purchased and the bra is starting to have holes in the back strap area.
Earlier the same happend with a set of panties but i ignored it.

In the two orders which products i received that is i return but manager behaved roudly with me n said that we r not give any refund... Total amount for two orders is 1600 around how i can effort it very loss to me even i m right i want my refund... I have ordered 2 items from zivame on aug 20 with expected delivery on aug 27, as there was no updates even on date of delivery i have called customerservice and was informed to reorder the items as the previous order was cancelled due to flood in my state. They have credited amount as points and i have reordered the items on same day as the executive assured the flood related delivery issues no longer exists. The reordered item should arrive...

The person came from zivame to pickup the product with AWB no:[protected] on 29th June without asking which order number he is looking for and took away the products for[protected], we have him products of this order as return request for it was raised first.

On april 1 2018 i purchased 2 zelocity leggings which were on sale of buy 1 get 1 free. And as of today april 6 2018 i got my stuff from zivame but it only has 1 leggings which is kind of not true to zivames offer that they gave me and i am purely outraged by their deed. And i am trying to get the other pair which was free as per the offer zivame gave me or if it does not happen i would likely to return my zelocity by zivame leggings as soon...

I am writing this email with so much of disappointment and anger. I have been a zivame customer for a very long time but now i feel very sorry of myself for installing their app and placing an order.
