This has happened for the consecutive second time. I had ordered for a pack of 3 panties, but i only received 2. Previously also i had ordered for 2 panties, and received only one. I did not react then, but this time i won't just let it go. I need my money back for the 1 panty not delivered, or deliver the same to me immediately. This is absolutely not done zivame.
I ordered panty from zivame on 10 of november 2019 and also returned it within a couple of days also zcoins was credited to my account but after 2 days it was deducted automatically how can i get back this is hilarious please help me.
I ordered a product 2days back of RS 783
Order no is 78237218, and it's showing order cancelled but I didn't do it, I want my money back in my account and not as zcoins, plz help me
What a worst service zivame is providing, I'm very unhappy, plz don't ever buy products on this site

    I had ordered two items from zivame on 29th october. The order said it got delivered on 31st october. I got no calls, just the app shows that it's been delivered. I have contacted their customer service multiple times but they just don't respond. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this site at all. I am not sure if i'll get a refund even. This is tragic.
    I have not recieved my money from return of one product zelocity skin fit legging #77143425
    Product was returned in the month of september, after multiple calls to customercare and complaint registeted through email Several times, my money is not refunded to me.
    Plz help me out if possible

      Return amount is not credited in the bank account. It is all given as zcoins by default and no change is done even after requesting and calling them never connects to the customer executive. And these coins are real money of a customer and not a coupon given for free which can have an expiry if any sort which is illegal. How can money have expiry? And why are they not giving the money back into the same account from which the payment was made back to the customer. I need my money of 2105 rs back into my account (Expired today) and this is fraud and has to stop

      I have received a refund in Z-Coins but now I'm trying to use those Z-Coins but unable to.

        I ordered bra from zivame.com but later cancelled it due to delay delivery. I got refund as z coins. It has been mentioned there if you want to transfer the money into bank account contact customer care. From last 2 days i am continuously trying to contact customer care but it was busy all the time. I want my money to be transfer into my bank account.

        I also raise ticket with zivame but no response
        Really a worst site for shopping.

          zivame zcoins validity fraud

          On 10th oct 2018, i ordered from zivame and returned it. I need my money back into my bank account but i got my money 945rs in my zcoins account. Today zcoins are expired. They can, t msg me or even mail me about my zcoins expire. This is not right.. This is a fraud.. I need my money back into my bank account... Why they refund my money direct in my bank account on that time?

          Hi. Actually i placed an order on zivame last month itself and it was supposed to be delivered to me by 4th september itself but still now no updates regarding it. My order number is 77072875 and it was a nude colour inner wear. So can i really know where is my order and whenever im trying to reach the customer care, its always coming busy. I really dont appreciate this thing from zivame. Please help out.

            I placed an order on zivame on 21/08/2019 and within a few minutes received a whatsapp message from an unknown number. Apparently, my address and phone number had been saved to her account. She basically had access to view my full name, residential address and person mobile number. I was lucky that she is a law-abiding citizen and did not misuse my data, and rather informed me of the privacy breach.

            It is absolutely unacceptable...

            I ordered two bras from zivame which turned out to be completely different from what it appeared on their website. So, i returned it and they refunded the amount not to my bank account but as zcoins.
            They have not clearly mentioned anywhere how to use these zcoins for purchase.
            I regret having bought anything from this website.
            It was a huge disappointment.
            There is a reason why companies like amazon are so popular because they actually care for the customers.
            Never use these small apps for purchase.
            Regret having shopped from here.
            You can get the same product that you see here at a much cheaper price at sites like amazon or myntra. Their buy 1 get 1 free sale are a big hoax. They double the prices and show it to customers.

            I ordered 3 bee from zivame also returned within 2 days my order number is 76681284 and not received any refund all are making me fool.

              I have ordered a products of 5000rs on 4 transaction ID s through phone pay but zivame showing that order was cancelled and their helpline not responding I want my cash back urgently I contacted them so many times but no positive response I checked even in phone pay it was clear I got transaction ID also but zivame is not giving proper information just saying order has been cancelled we are not responsible for your order I want quick response sir please my sincere request to you please help me sir

              My order is cancelled from backend with no refund when I called support section of Zivame they harrased me by saying that call will be auto cancelled and they put my call on hold for more than 2 hours.

Still its on processing but the order is not shipped yesterday there was written (Expected shipped date-30 july) now i checked today there is written (Expected shipping date 31 july) please ship my order asap i[censored] not gonna shipped it fast how it gonna deliver on the expected delivery date...

                I am highly disappointed with the return policy of zivame the don’t give your money back rather they give you some zcoins which are like points so that you again buy things from the website and get fooled again
                I wanted my money back like other websites like amazon jabong flipkart etc

                    I had ordered an item from zivame. I ordered 3 items, out of which i got 2 items and not recieved the 3rd item.

                    I have been writing complains to zivame, but no response from them. I have already paid for the order, and raised a complain before a week

                    I did not receive the order for saree fit inner petticoat and the delivery status is showing as delivered. This is a really big offence, taking money from customers and not delivering the products.

                      I have ordered few clothes from zivame.com website. Due to size issue i have returned few items. So i have got 3420 zcoins as refund of returned order items.

                      When i was returning items, there were written that i will get zcoin as refund but i can encash later or transfer into account.

                      I want my refund amount as cash or in bank account or main source of payment (Paytm).

                        Hello team,

                        Today when i went to check the status of my order 76288395, i saw that it has been cancelled and it is showing that i have cancelled it, first of all why is it falsly showing that i have cancelled the order when i have placed the order and paid the order amount of rs 2089 through mobikwik wallet.
                        Is this a new way to cheat customers, i fail to understand why was my order cancelled? When i had already paid for it and after automatically cancelling it, my money was also not refunded. On top of it i did not revive any mail communication for this. I did not realize that zivame indulged in committing fraud and cheating.
                        If i had not gone to check the status of my order, i would never have realized that i was being scammed.
                        I need this issue to be escalated and an immediate resolution to this matter, either deliver my order or refund my money. I have attached the bill copy for reference.

                          I ordered a bra on march 31 2019. Initially the delivery date was 10.04.2019. Nearing to the delivery date.. The shipping date was moving forward. I was never notified. I kept waiting and after 1month, i got really disappointed and e-mailed them. I was replied back to cancel the order and re order. When i'm trying to reorder, the same discounted product is not available.
                          As i'm done, i want a refund. But there is no option to get the amount refunded to my account.

                          I emailed zivame.. they responded quickly . They cancelled the order and initiated a refund to my account. Hope I get the money back soon.

                            I cancelled my zivame products... As its taken to much time to deliver.. It's worth of rupees 1143.. And refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specificed account number..
                            Please update the option in zivame app is fake app that's need to be shut down they are fraud. They have customer care number but always not reachable.. I want my money back...

                              It is the worst experience with zivame.. How can they do this to customer??? There no customer care number also no option to transfer refund to bank account and you made a app??? You are fooling the customers this way!!!

                                I had received a defected bra with a tear below the left boob so i returned it the very next day. They had sent my refund as zcoins in my zivame account with a validity of 40 -41 days which i think is very unfair because first of all it was not my fault that the bra was torn and secondly i could not find my size (Which expectionally is 30 a. I mean come on women do understand the struggle to find the perfect size) immediately at that moment. Also if you check the faqs its written over there that zcoins has a validity of 1 year.
                                All i want is my money to be sent to my account or extension of the validity period.
                                I ordered a bra. The order was cancelled by zivame due to non availability of the product. The refund is made in the form of 1257 zcoins.
                                I want the money in my bank. I tried calling them. And mailed them many times, but un vain.
                                Help me !!!

                                  I ordered a bra which was in stock on the website and it even showed it was shipped but today they cancelled my order and now I won't get refund. What nonsense is this?
