I had placed an order with Zivame which includes 3 products. Out of which on the app 2 shows as delivered and 1 in transit. I have to place a size exchange request however I am unable to do so because the entire order is not marked as delivered and the date keeps on increasing daily. I have reached out to customer care multiple times however no response. The exchange window for other product will get closed soon. Later will not be able to place an exchange and will have to keep the products which are of no use to me. Need help asap. Or else it will be a waste of money.

      I had placed an order on Feb 23rd and the Order #[protected] . Part of the order is still in order Confirmed status and not yet shipped.
      When I reached the Customer care they said that product is not in stock, cancellation has been processed on the same and the issue has been escalated to the concerned team. And asked me to wait for 24 hrs for the refund. It’s been 25 days there is no refund in terms of money nor in zcoins . No proper response from the customer care except sorry and wait and no proper response in emails as well.

      I need to get the refund of Rs.1112 .

          I have ordered Dermawear Shapewear by Order Id #[protected] on 1st March. The ETA of delivery, that was shown to me while ordering was 6th March. It has already been 11th March and it is still in transit.

          Thinking that it might be a 'one time' logistics issue, I again ordered the item via Order ID #[protected] on 10th March, and it's ETA as earlier, keeps on increasing (when I ordered, it was shown to be 15th March, and now it has become 17th March).

          I called customer care and asked to cancel both the items with refund in my wallet numerous times.
          Everytime it was said to me that both the orders are cancelled and the same should be reflected within 72 hours.

          The orders are still not showing to be cancelled from my end, neither I received any notification regarding refund

            I ordered 2 items from Zivame on 1 March 2023, only one of the items got delivered but still the delivery status showing that both items are delivered.

              I placed an order with 2 products on zivame on 7th Feb 2023 but still not delivered. I chwecked on the app and it is still showing shipping status. Everytime they extend the delivery date.

              I called to customer care multiple times and everytime they ask to wait next 72 hrs and promise to cancel the order and refund the amount.

              It seems that they are doing a fraud with customer. Takes the amount but not deliver the product.

              Now I want my money back.

                  I place order in zivame by paying ₹1886 via google pay. As the receivved product was not as per description i returned the product. After returning product zivame did not gave refund to my bank accout.. Instead they gave zcoins.

                  As i paid money and returned their product back.. i need my money back not zcoin..

                  Will zivame accept other brand product as return.. no right in the same way i paid money i need money as refund not useless zcoins..

                    I cancelled my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 746 and refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specificed account number..

                            I have placed order for 2 items from Zivame on 25th Jan . One item is delivered on 27th Jan but the other one is yet to be delivered but the status in the zivame site is showing as delivered on 27th Jan 2023 . This is so unprofessional.

                              I picked up items worth 6k approx including 3 night suits. Just yesterday wore 2 of them for not even a day and already buttons are at the verse of falling as stiches r extremely poor. The holes for buttins also seem to have widened in just a day, I didnt expect this for night suits with MRP as 2500 and 2879Rs roughly. I am saddened and i dont think i would like to buy Zivame products any further.

                                    I ordered products worth of 720/- from zivame ..I returned it to zivame because of size issue then after I didn't get my money back it's converted into zcoins and stored in zivame ...please convert that zcoins into cash and transfer it to my account

                                      I received a mail stating that my order is confirmed, however, I didn't place any order. So, I tried to login and check what has actually happened. I saw that someone has placed an order using my account and z coins to some other address. Also, they changed my registered number by replacing 1 digit of it. I tried to contact customer service, they behaved normally saying that we'll cancel this order. However, I am not satisfied with the solution provided by them. This is privacy breach from their end and some one has tried to use my personal property which is not acceptable. I want strong action against this.

                                        Hi,
                                        I ordered on oct 14 and did not receive any package. I resorted to complaint on it and realised that it showed delivered to a different location in Gujarat . upon seeking that address myself I realised it’s a fraudulent act.
                                        I mentioned these things to zivame and they said we have a third party assigned for delivery and they need to investigate.
                                        Little did I know that they will not at all be helpful . It’s been more than 2 months.
                                        I have called relentlessly and they have wasted my time in every call by telling they will call back and let me know .
                                        After showing a tantrum they decided to refund and it’s been more than 1 month that I have lot got any refund. Refund in the form or z coins. Not sure if this company is itself pulling these dramatic acts.
                                        It’s their responsibility to ensure they get it delivered to the right person and if not why did the other person who never deliver receive the package in the first place .
