I ordered a bra I had to return it bcuz it was not true to its size . I got refund in form of zcoins i want refund in my bank account. Pls transfer my zcoins in my bank account asap

I place order in zivame by paying ₹1886 via google pay. As the receivved product was not as per description i returned the product. After returning product zivame did not gave refund to my bank accout.. Instead they gave zcoins.

As i paid money and returned their product back.. i need my money back not zcoin..

Will zivame accept other brand product as return.. no right in the same way i paid money i need money...

I cancelled my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 746 and refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specificed account number..

I placed an order on 4th feb 2023 and i got it delivered on 7th feb but due to fitting issue i had to return it and the pick up guy came the very next day i.e. 8th feb 2023 but i still haven't got z coins in my account. My order no. is[protected]

I had placed the order on 1 st feb for 3 product form which one got cancelled and 2 of them were supposed to be delivered but only one product got delivered on 7th feb but the app shows that both the product got delivered....

I have ordered 2 tshirts and 2 sports bra out of which 1 tshirt and 1 sports bra was small in size and option for bigger size for exchange for out of stock so I opt for return .by it shows that money will be credited in zcoins and not in my source account.I want my money in source account.please help

I have placed order for 2 items from Zivame on 25th Jan . One item is delivered on 27th Jan but the other one is yet to be delivered but the status in the zivame site is showing as delivered on 27th Jan 2023 . This is so unprofessional.

I picked up items worth 6k approx including 3 night suits. Just yesterday wore 2 of them for not even a day and already buttons are at the verse of falling as stiches r extremely poor. The holes for buttins also seem to have widened in just a day, I didnt expect this for night suits with MRP as 2500 and 2879Rs roughly. I am saddened and i dont think i would like to buy Zivame products any further.

I ordered a product from zivame and returned next day. The company refund in the form of z coins. I want the refund amount directly to my bank account.

I ordered products worth of 720/- from zivame ..I returned it to zivame because of size issue then after I didn't get my money back it's converted into zcoins and stored in zivame ...please convert that zcoins into cash and transfer it to my account

I received a mail stating that my order is confirmed, however, I didn't place any order. So, I tried to login and check what has actually happened. I saw that someone has placed an order using my account and z coins to some other address. Also, they changed my registered number by replacing 1 digit of it. I tried to contact customer service, they behaved normally saying that we'll cancel this order. However, I am not satisfied with the solution provided by them. This is privacy breach from their end and some one has tried to use my personal property which is not acceptable. I want strong action against this.

I ordered on oct 14 and did not receive any package. I resorted to complaint on it and realised that it showed delivered to a different location in Gujarat . upon seeking that address myself I realised it’s a fraudulent act.
I mentioned these things to zivame and they said we have a third party assigned for delivery and they need to investigate.
Little did I know that they will not at all be helpful . It’s been more than 2 months.
I have called relentlessly and they have wasted my time in every call by telling they will call back and let me know .
After showing a tantrum they decided to refund and it’s been more than 1 month that I have lot got any refund. Refund in the form or z coins. Not sure if this company is itself pulling these dramatic acts.
It’s their responsibility to ensure they get it delivered to the right person and if not why did the other person who never deliver receive the package in the first place .

My name is Priyanka Jaware, From last 4 months I am getting the same answer that the issue is escalated and team is working on it.

I have not received any refund yet in my account, I provided all the docs and proofs related to it still I am not getting any response from your team. As a customer I am really disappointed by the service.

I request you to please personally follow up on this issue. I just want my money back in my account.

I had returned my whole parcel with 4 items back. Got refund only for one. See immediately and give refund for other items. I have made too many complaints to you but no response.

I want the zcoins value which is nearly Rs.2991 to be transfered to my bank account. I don't want zcoins.I can't find any options for that. please reply to the issue.

Placed an order on 13/10/22 with number[protected] for Rs 1439. Order failed due to technical issues on 29/10/22. No refund processed till date. Order status in the app still says order confirmed. 11 emails and every time I am asked to wait another 24 hours. And that I didnt answer their call so call back. I did not get any call to answer and both their customer care numbers does not exist. I need my refund ASAP....

I have returned few products and they have added zcoins instead of refund the cash to the bank account.

I want the amount to be refunded to the original payment mode.

I am complaining about, as i ordered products in zivame my status is showing it is delivered, However it is not delivered to my address. I have raised a compliant on Sep 18 2022 ticket ID 2510340. Its Nearly 1 1/2 month I have waited so long there is no response from there end.I'm a regular customer of zivame but never expect this type of cheating.
