COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the complainant purchased an undergarment Order No.[protected] from Zivame Application on 19th Sep of 2022 for a sum of Rs. 623.
2. That on 22nd Sep 2022 order was delivered to the complainant from
3. That on 22nd Sep 2022, Complainant called to customer care [protected], raised request to exchange the product reason of the size which was ordered was not received.
4. That complainant made several calls at customer care to exchange product with actual size, every customer care executive takes a request but did not received exchange product
4. That on 3rd Oct 2022, 5th Oct 2022, 7th Oct 2022, 12th Oct 2022, 14th Oct and 20th Oct 2022 dropped written complaint at email “[protected]@zivame.com”, and 27th Oct 2022 at “lavanya.[protected]@zivame.com”, in spite of which, the opposite party did not send any delivery boy to exchange the products. A true copy of the said complaint is annexed hereto as Annexure-''A''
5. That due to the negligent acts of the opposite party, the complainant has suffered loss and injury due to deprivation, harassment, mental agony and loss of professional practice, for which he is entitled to compensation.
6. That the complaint was made to the opposite party under exchange Policy.
7. That the opposite party is liable for breach of contact as it has not complied with the terms of the guarantee and have acted extremely negligently in attending to the complaint of the complainant and is therefore liable to compensate the complainant for the loss and injury caused to him.
9. That for the purposes of section 11 of the Act, compensation claimed by the complainant is below Rs. 10, 000/- so this forum has jurisdiction to determine and adjudicate this dispute.
10. That the complainant is a consumer as defined under the act.

PRAYER:
In the above mentioned facts and circumstances it is most respectfully prayed that the Hon''ble Forum may be pleased to:
a. Order the opposite party to pay Rs. 10, 000 as compensation and Rs. 623 as costs;
b. Pass any other such order, as this Hon''ble Forum may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice.

    I have ordered a lingerie from zivame and raise return request for it i am taking follow up from past 1: month on call and mail also
    But they said same line wait 7-10 working days . 1 month has passed and they say same scripted line 7-10 working days .
    I request you please pick up it and provide my amount to sourse account.
    I will never do any shopping from Zivame

    It's is fraud website ....

    Hi team,
    i have placed the order on zivame on 11/09/2022 i have waited for 4 weeks but the items are not received, so i have requested for cancellation of the order. customer care said they will cancel the order and refund my amount. today is th 18th Oct but still i did not receive my refund amount. kindly take an action

      I just placed and order...but mistakenly put wrong address...then i cancelled my order...and 1061 zcoins were reflecting in my account and after that i was again placing my order then suddenly transaction got failed and those zcoins were disappeared...give my money back ...worst app ever...i will never shop anything from zivame...

          There easy refund policy is scam . They give refund in z coins which has to be used within 1 year. You cannot get your money back . I blindly trusted n placed several orders then when they came i had issues with fitting and quality so i returned but they would not give me my money back .
          I want my money back .

            I ordered some items from Zivame on[protected] and day by day they were delaying the delivery date, many time contacted over phone /email no proper response was provided by the Zivame. On[protected] received mail that the order has been cancelled due to item was not in stock, if the items was not in stock Zivame should have cancelled the order within 2-3 days or should not accept the order. But after keeping my hard money 40+ days, received mail that order has been cancelled and still I have not received my money back (today is[protected].

            Please look into it and help me to get the justice.

                    4products booked on 27th August, products are not delivered but 3products marked as delivered. Called customer care many times but none of them responding and not initiating the refund. Regularly i am following up with customer care now they blocked my mobile number. Order #[protected] total value Rs.2049. Zivame is a fraud company.

                        Hi, my wife recently placed an order worth Rs5000+ from Zivame and they only delivered 5-6 items out of 11 items. The order was placed on the 2nd of August and it has been over a month more. I have contacted the customer care and chat via app thousands of time and all I get back in response is "WE CAN'T CANCEL THE ORDER AS IT IS SHIPPED" like what the hell?

                        The Courier company BLUEDART shows the AWB # however, upon tracking they themselves have mentioned that "Contact Customer Support" from the past 20 days, they are updating the status.

                        And upon contacting Zivame, they don't a give ###. They only tells me to wait 72 hours for cancellation as I have raised escalation and upon asking the reference number for escalation, they are giving me some bogus number that too upon forcing.

                        If you're thinking of ordering from Zivame, step back and look somewhere else like Clovia. Never going to use this [censored] app ever and won't let anyone use it in my circle.

                          Please educate your Delivery partner and the customer support team how to deal with any customers. Simply wasting time does not make sense. There is one order no.[protected] has been not been reached me.

                          Please take immediate action and deliver the product today.
                          The delivery partner has denied the call on face and the customer service associate Hemlata has not been taken the issue on high priority and informed order will be delivered after two days instead of which the delivery guy Deepak P and Ganesh prince simply wasting our time.

                          I have already lodged the complaint[protected] at zivame

                            When I open my Zivame app. I found a reward. I scratch it. Then it shows me it's going to expire in 13 September.
                            So immediately I start shopping in 9 September. After I am trying to apply coupon code. It's showing that your coupon code is expired.
                            But I want to know the answer how it's possible like that.

                              After I placed order on 26th August, the size of the product came smaller so i returned it. Package was picked up from my house but I didn't get my refund / zcoins. I was asked to wait for 24hours. I waited but nothing happened. Please help .

                                I had ordered a product from Zivame and as the fitting was not good, I had raised a return request. The product was picked up on 9th August 2022 and I had received a message from the courier partner confirming that the product has been picked up. I waited 10 days for the app to be updated and the refund to be initiated but the app still showed as "return request raised".
                                I had called their customer care on 19th Aug and they send they will raise a complaint and the issue will be resolved within the next 48 working hours. I had waited for 48 working hours and called again and they said, it would be resolved in the next 24 working hours. Since then, I have been chasing this every other day over call and email and they say the same thing rudely and hangup. Such poor service. I will never use Zivame again

                                  I order 3 lingerie from zivame in June 24 out of which I kept 2 products and returned 1 (marks and Spencers bra) and as per the details they issue my refund on July 19 2022. But till date I haven't received any refund neither in my account nor in the form of zcoins. I raised a complaint regarding this in August 2 2022, and today we are sitting on 31st August 2022 and the only revert I get from zivame is from (Ume Hane and Sadiya) that they are closely following up on my case and would need 24hrs more for this. They asked me for a screenshot shot of my bank statements that also I have provided but no success.
                                  After trying so hard and wasting alot of my time I am writing this complaint so please look into it and do the needful. This is my hard earned money. I manage my family my baby and my job not to waste it like this. Amount is 850.

                                    I had ordered 3 products from zivame, and raised return requests on the same day, I guess with difference in time.

                                    And when the pick up guy came as I was not home my mother returned allthe 3 products together when she was suppose to return only one at a time after so much of inconvenience and follow up they said it will confirmed if we have all 3 or not and then only the refund will be done.

                                    They confirmed they have received the 1st product and made immediate refund however for other 2 I'm writing emails for now more than 2 weeks as I can't receive calls when in office so emails are the only way to communicate.

                                    I still have got the refund for other 2 products in my bank account and when I told that I have confirmed it with my bank with the NEFT details that you have provided me, they asking for bank statement in pdf format without password.

                                    I also took so much of inconvenience to Screenshot the statement details and sent it to them with hiding my account confidential details which I'm obviously is supposed to they aren't helpful at all .

                                    And now all this have caused me so much trouble I want refund of atleast 3-4 thousand rupees

                                    As they have wasted my so much of time and energy causing me mental stress.
