When I open my Zivame app. I found a reward. I scratch it. Then it shows me it's going to expire in 13 September.
So immediately I start shopping in 9 September. After I am trying to apply coupon code. It's showing that your coupon code is expired.
But I want to know the answer how it's possible like that.

    After I placed order on 26th August, the size of the product came smaller so i returned it. Package was picked up from my house but I didn't get my refund / zcoins. I was asked to wait for 24hours. I waited but nothing happened. Please help .

      I had ordered a product from Zivame and as the fitting was not good, I had raised a return request. The product was picked up on 9th August 2022 and I had received a message from the courier partner confirming that the product has been picked up. I waited 10 days for the app to be updated and the refund to be initiated but the app still showed as "return request raised".
      I had called their customer care on 19th Aug and they send they will raise a complaint and the issue will be resolved within the next 48 working hours. I had waited for 48 working hours and called again and they said, it would be resolved in the next 24 working hours. Since then, I have been chasing this every other day over call and email and they say the same thing rudely and hangup. Such poor service. I will never use Zivame again

        I ordered an item on Zivame on 26 August 2022. It got delivered after 3 days of placing order. I want to exchange a size larger product. But order status showing 'product not yet delivered'. I called customer care but didn't helping.

        After I called the customer care number of Zivame, they asked to wait for 24hrs and the order status will show 'delivered' as they will consult their executives for that. And after 21hrs when I checked order status again it showed 'delivered'. I must say their customer service is indeed great. They responded well. Helped a lot.

          Hi

          I order 3 lingerie from zivame in June 24 out of which I kept 2 products and returned 1 (marks and Spencers bra) and as per the details they issue my refund on July 19 2022. But till date I haven't received any refund neither in my account nor in the form of zcoins. I raised a complaint regarding this in August 2 2022, and today we are sitting on 31st August 2022 and the only revert I get from zivame is from (Ume Hane and Sadiya) that they are closely following up on my case and would need 24hrs more for this. They asked me for a screenshot shot of my bank statements that also I have provided but no success.
          After trying so hard and wasting alot of my time I am writing this complaint so please look into it and do the needful. This is my hard earned money. I manage my family my baby and my job not to waste it like this. Amount is 850.

            I had ordered 3 products from zivame, and raised return requests on the same day, I guess with difference in time.

            And when the pick up guy came as I was not home my mother returned allthe 3 products together when she was suppose to return only one at a time after so much of inconvenience and follow up they said it will confirmed if we have all 3 or not and then only the refund will be done.

            They confirmed they have received the 1st product and made immediate refund however for other 2 I'm writing emails for now more than 2 weeks as I can't receive calls when in office so emails are the only way to communicate.

            I still have got the refund for other 2 products in my bank account and when I told that I have confirmed it with my bank with the NEFT details that you have provided me, they asking for bank statement in pdf format without password.

            I also took so much of inconvenience to Screenshot the statement details and sent it to them with hiding my account confidential details which I'm obviously is supposed to they aren't helpful at all .

            And now all this have caused me so much trouble I want refund of atleast 3-4 thousand rupees

            As they have wasted my so much of time and energy causing me mental stress.

              The product which I orders on 27th june from [protected] number and it got delivered to different address and i have not received any refund or product yet.
              I have been following up with zivame for past 45 days yet there is no solution.

                Zivame has not delivered the product
                Have not refunded the money
                Took 2 months to check with logistics team and delivery partners
                Delivery Partners Blue Dart had been irresponsible and negligent and reckless.
                Did not deliver the product, But marked as delivered.
                Finally Zivame Customer Care came back with no resolution
                And closed the case.

                    My Zivame account was hacked on Feb 12, 2022 and orders were placed using my zCoins.
                    The orders worth Rs.645 are addressed to :
                    Atul Thakurz, 202 noor apartments nazarbagh, Lucknow-226004, Uttar Pradesh.
                    The same person has tried to place an order worth Rs.693 on Feb 4, 2022 to the above address but got cancelled.

                    I demand my whole 745 zCoins be transferred to my bank account immediately before I lose my money.

                      My order was placed on november 29, 2021, after it was delivered i placed a return request on the very same day ... But no one came to pickup the return package ... I placed a return request several time till February .. i was informed that there was a technical issue so your staff members .. placed a return request behalf of me .. and they said they would personally follow the return updates ... But till now the package is not picked up ... I want you guys to solve this issue ass soon as possible

                        Exchange/ refund couldn't happen as they don't show product as delivered and hence you can't place refund request. They delivered me scrap quality product and not giving option to initiate refund, I am following up from past 10 days. So it's clear cheating/ fraud with customers. Their customer care executives or help is also of no use, sent several reminders.
                        Want my hard earned money back, earliest.
                        Have you got your refund back? Mine is also pending and the same issue I am facing. So i also raised a complaint here.

                              On[protected], i ordered a product costing Rs.250 from The Zivame website, i paid through my debit card. After the payment, my order got cancelled by itself and it had a note saying that the amount has been refunded as zcoins. but when i checked several times for 2 hours straight. it shows 0 coins. Please return my money. I thought i'd try zivame for the first time, and i am so disappointed . Please fix this

                                    On June 09, 2022 I have made a purchase for Rs 651. Later after delivery i never like the product as it didn't fit well.
                                    I raised a return request the products were returned to the seller.
                                    Since the return i have been writting mails to the refund the amount on written of the product.

                                      I had placed an order on 5th of June 2022 and estimated delivery date was 13th of June but I didn’t receive the order and on the app its showing that the product was already delivered on 9th June 2022. I keep on calling the customer care and they haven’t provided with any sort o[censored]pdate and instead keep on asking for more time

                                        I have purchased 3 sports bras from zivame. From which two out of three i returned due to non fitted. But when i asked for refund they told me that it will take 15 to 20 days to refund as they will get the confirmation from the warehouse. Now more than 20 days have been passed, but they are not interested to refund the amount of those two items. They send me same response everytime whenever i asked for my refund that they are waiting for confirmation. Rs. 243 and rs. 348 due with them.
