I ordered an item on Zivame on 26 August 2022. It got delivered after 3 days of placing order. I want to exchange a size larger product. But order status showing 'product not yet delivered'. I called customer care but didn't helping.

Complaint marked as Resolved After I called the customer care number of Zivame, they asked to wait for 24hrs and the order status will show 'delivered' as they will consult their executives for that. And after 21hrs when I checked order status again it showed 'delivered'.
I must say their customer service is indeed great.
They responded well. Helped a lot.
