I ordered a sareee from this ziwra website on facebook advertising, after 6 days i received my order, but cheap product is given and wrong product is delivered. The quality of saree is very cheap. Now i request to refund my money back but cant reach the website. No customer care number is mentioned on the website. So i am very hepless, my order number 16522, pls provide my payment and product taken back

I too had worst experience recently... ordered orange pink saree and got old yellow stuff which is fully torn. The quality of the product is really bad. Contact number is fake and never connects.I want to get back my money.

The saree parcel I have received is defected . I have ordered an pink and orange saree but I have received an red coloured cloth . I have paid 630 rupees for it . Kindly replace it .
