Ziwra — the product I purchased is not alike the product I get

I ordered a saree from this site but when it reached to me my order was completely replaced even the color was also changed. So tell me who will get responsiblity for this. There is no option to return this then how do i place my return order. I want you to solve this problem if this is a mistake otherwise i have right to blame against you. ARAMEX courier has given us an SMS saying that the material has been desptched. But on tracking, the AWB no was found to be invalid. My daughter is still waiting for the consignment

Th order was placed and Ziwra has acknowledged it .But it has not been delivered even after two weeks. Pl see attched pictures
