Ziwra — different saree ordered

I had ordered a saree which costs rs. 499, including taxes and delivery charges i paid rs. 629.
I couldn't find the return option in the website. Its not loading and could'nt view the ordered product.
Received a incorrect product with low quality and different colour.

I want my money back and i need this product to be returned or else i need the original product which i ordered...
