I ordered orange cream floral lehnga chole on 2/3/2108 and I tired to contact them for cancellation but all the time their phone is coming busy. so I sent mail to them on same day 2/3/2018. By my surprise, today I received pink color cloth with invoice no.56323 dated 3/3/2018. I am still trying to contact them but their phone is coming busy.
Return address written on delivery chalan is A-62, Near Tapowan Circle, Surat - 395006. and phone no. [protected].

I am trying to contact them on both nos but of no use. I request you to kindly take very hard action against such vendors and put them behind bars. You can check on web that there are many complaints like this against Ziwra. Please take proper action and force them to return customers hard earned money.
