Ziwra — regarding wrong product delivered

Dear sir,

I had ordered a pink and georgette saree online through face book advertising from ziwra company, for which the order no. Is 54532, dated 24/02/18.

But i received another saree on 01/03/18, it is not the product i ordered, it is a cheapest quality saree and another colour, which i do not want, it is a worst saree.

So, please refund my money as earliest and take strict action against ziwra company immediately. The order details as follows:

Amount paid: rs.630.

We have ordered the saree worth of rupees 700. That is not worth up to the cash. The product which we have seen in the website is different and product we received was different.

I had ordered a saree but the product that i reciverd was in bad condition very very poor product need my money back kindly help me with this cause everytime i'm goin for a refund their customercare page is sending me on their home page
