This is regarding my last order from Zomato
I had placed order on 7th nov 2022 from bikaner sweet through Zomato
For 2punjabi lassi, 1gulab jamun(6pcs) & 1malai sandwich.But i received 1punjabi lassi and 2gulab jamun(6pcs).
When i made a call to customer care thet said that order cannot be cancel as the delivery is taken nor the replacement is possible and they said that they will provide me coupon for not for this order instead for next order which is useless for me right now
Indirectly they had an intension to tell that the customer should compromise with the order.
