I ordered food on zomoto for 2476 rupees, then i changed my mind i cancelled the order within one minute, they didn't refund my money i asked them but they said once order cancelled means they take whole amount as cancelation fees and compensate the amount to the restaurant, i asked them why my full money taken as cancellation fees they said food wastage happened to the restaurant, but i don't know within one minute what food wastage will happen, once we make order on zomoto we cannot cancel the order they make customers to buy the food forcefully, they didn't even informed about their policy change, i came to know about that while cancelling the order. they change their policies as per their wish please beware
