I have ordered earpod on november 3rd and received the item after a week. The item was defective and very poor quality. I have contacted the customer care the same day and she asked me to email the video and pictures of the earpod. I have sent her everything and there was no response from her after that. I have contacted her several times and finally she replied replacement item has been sent and gave me tracking number also. It’s been 2 week since there is no update on that tracking number. I called them again today. They again said that i will get the item within next 7 days. When i asked them whether they are cheating me, they disconnected the call.
