I had ordered online earpods from zookr, giving details for same

My complaint is about a smart watch that video i saw on fb and i love it so
I had ordered a watch from zookr.in website.

I received the watch on time i was very happy bt when i open the box i felt myself theft because the watch was not in working condition and it also as not same as i saw in video

Watch quality is also cheap
I think watch is not charge so i charged it bt it's still not working
Charger has no adapter only a small data cable very low quality.

I ordered m3 band from the site and i got m2 band and when i checked the band its not all working. Tried so many times and its not getting charged itself. You people are selling the fake products... Sent mail and tried to reach helpdesk number.. No one has responded.

Please take the return and give me the working band. Now when i am trying to call the help line number its not reachable and site is also not working.

On using website of zookr.in i ordered apple iphone 5c..8GB and thus i got the product late and found it a sub-standard product in compare to they assured for the best one. I repeatdly made requests and awared that product is zookr.in supplied not meet the expectations as i had. But all in vain. Sometime, they assured me to extend help but at last they denied to nor accept the refund neither got ready exchange the product with an other product available with them. In this context, order Tracking number is[protected] and irder id is:adc59ae6-713a-442c-9eaa-6c350cafafa.. Their customer contact #[protected] always found out of order and most of the time i experienced, receiver was deliberately kept on ground to avoid to communicate with customers.

I could not get my iphone refund (Worth rs. 23k) from zookr in spite of calling their customer care numerous times. Finally i got above details of its founder team and directly complained to their linkedin sites. I got my refund in 10 days after following them.

I have ordered smart band which was not functioning. I return back product on 7th jan and i received confirmation mail which says...
We have initiated the refund on (24th jan.2019) and you should expect to see the amount in your bank account/wallet within 5-7 business days.in this scenario, normally the payment gets rolled back in maximum 7 business days but in case the amount doesn’t get credited in your respective account/wallet within the stipulated time frame then do send us the copy of your statement (Last 2 months bank statement) on the same email so that we can escalate it further... I have sent bank account details but still did not received refund and email twice to zookr but receive may that refund is initiated

Zookr is a fraudulent site. I placed an order for a laptop which they did not deliver for a week. The tracking number which they gave updated status as order cancelled after a week, but the order status still showed processing. When I contacted them they said the amount will be refunded. But the refund amount was Rs.500 less. When asking again they say it is logistics deduction. It is an obvious case of spam, With no effort or product, just with false website they have got Rs.500 from one order. Also when you see while ordering the items available will keep reducing until you order, after the order is placed the number of available items will go back up immediately. Do not buy in this website at any cost. its a fraud.

I have ordered a smart watch for my kid on 28th of december 2018 and received it on 2nd january 2019 but when i checked it was not working. They said its a touch and have many functions like sim, hd camera etc. But nothing is working in that.
I am unable to charge it, unable to go to any setting or anything like that because the touch screen is not working at all.
I mailed to them at "[protected]@zookr.in" & [protected]@zookr.in and have also tried calling them on "[protected]" but no one has responded properly or till now nobody is responding.
I even tried it today but no one responding to it.
They have done a big fraud to me and for that unworthy, damaged and bad product i paid 1699 and its a very huge loss o[censored]s because we are very average people.
Please try to justify our issue and get my amount from them and will be very grateful & thankful to you forever.

Zookr is really a cheating online site. I ordered 4 m2 bands under the offer of buy one get one free so i suppose to get 8 m3 smart band but i got only 4 m2 bands. After complaining and giving them opening video also that said it's a right product what you got. It was like a joke to me. That did not return nor refund. They are 100% cheaters and just bluffs the costumers. I wish i did not have purchased anything from them. Highly not recommended.

I have received the product today and it seems the product is dead and not switching on even after charging.

Also the product seems to be flimsy and sub-standard to what was displayed on your website.

I had posted the complaint in their customer grievances portal and there is no solid/comforting reply that they are treating this issue seriously and that they will resolve it for me.

The company seems to be aloof towards customer grievances and proper response it not give. Please refrain from Purchases from this organisation as they seem to be fraudulent.

I have procured enough products from other reputed e-commerce websites and have never faced such issues so far. Zookr.in seems to be unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I ordered zoomstar jio boom box speaker from zookr.in as i found the images and description very appealing, but it was all fake when i recieved the product. A 3rd class poor quality speaker was delivered to my address and when i asked them to return and refund they are not replying to proper or putting my calls on hold. These type online shopping sites should really be banned. I've attached pics of the product shown on website and what i recieved.

Totally, the site zookr.in is cheating one, that, the watch i purchased with high price, is fake one, which will get with cheap price. The camera was very lowest and poor one. There is no movie capture. Not waterproof, totally very low quality...

No display quality, material very cheap one.

Display they shown one was highest one.

Please don't purchase through zookr.in.

I ordered "phantom 4g smart watch with hd camera" but i got different product. I have atteched the images of the watch which i recieved. Please help regarding return of this product. Phantom 4g smart watch with hd camera, after replacing zookr send another new watch same problem with watch it's dead not working, box look like someone previously opened, i am totally unhappy with zookr and i will take strict legal action against zookr, they are wasting time and money of people... Please don't buy zookr products.
My question is why they send dead product if they are genuine stop doing that play with people.

I ordered phantom 4g smart watch and they delivered entirely different product which has no match at all. I paid 1999 rupees amount to that product. When i am trying to communicate with them to return the product, the response was quite unsatisfactory. Product shown in website and the product delivered images are attached for reference. I did received a different product which is cheap and faulty. It's not worth for money.
I paid 1599 for my product which showed in web site. I received a cheap product might work of 400 and its faulty not functioning too.

I can hear something broken inside speaker making noise. Sound clarify is worst. Like roadside speaker's

When i reached zookr online support and shared the pictures they are telling me it's same product which showed in web site. 100% fraud customer support, blindly ignoring the support.

They are not ready to replace correct one nor refund.

After that i have sent emails with delivered product picture's still blind people sitting in zookr support or they don't ever replaced it's all fake web site and fraud product's

I have booked a nokia C-03 refurbished mobile through www. zookr.in on 21/12/2018. On 27/01/2019 it is delivered to me. But no bills attached. But the product delivered to me is a damaged one. It is not reading sim card. Touch screen is also not working properly. Immediately i sent a mail to their customer care. They initially asked many requrements like video of mobile functionality, order no etc. I have provide all. Again and again, if i call, they are asking one or other requirements. Atlast today they sent mail that my product is not eligible for return and they sold a product as per the advertisement. But in advertisement no ware they i it is mentioned that it is a TOY phone. Kindly help me to refund my money back.

As you required some details about the smart watch bought from zookr, i have already sent the details. I didn't get any response or solution from you.

The watch display doesn't show any sings
The card for charging is good, have checked by chraging my mobile.
Hence it's the watch is the problem, could be faulty board, faulty charging socket or batter is missing.
In any case the watch needs immediate replacement, sent return request with the proper smart watch or else return my money back.

You have already made your customer suffer and further do not delay.

Till today the 5th jan 2019, there is no response from the online trader zookr.in. The contact telephone given in the website is not working. No response to the email. No response from chat also.

The items are kept ready for returning back to zookr.in. The money of rs.2099 towards the price of the items should be returned back.

I ordered the smart watch phanthom 4g on 25th december 2018 and i have received a watch without a name smart watch which is not as per shown in website on 27th december 2018. Then i contacted the customer care their id is [protected]@zookr.in and called 6 executives till now. I got the reply from [protected]@zookr.in on 29th december 2018.

Reply from zookr - “we do not have a policy of allowing refunds or exchange in such cases. We have delivered the product as was shown on website. Hence your request cannot be accepted. For more information, please read our return policy here.

I have placed a prepaid order for the product smart watch on dec 24, 2018 9:49:41 pm. The product got delivered today however its not functioning and the product is not matching with the specifications mentioned in the web site.

I have purchased iPhone 6splus on 10/12/2018 from zookr online . Once I have received phone, i opened and put for charge and try to start on, waited two to three hour and take video and photos and send to zookr and informed to customer care also . Since then onwards I am keep sending mails and from zookr side they say, we will resolve problem as soon as possible . Since today nothing has happened . Pls help me
