This company advertised a wireless sound bar for 2229. I like the specs and ordered it. They delivered a cheap Bluetooth speaker worth less than 1000 which doesn't match even 5% what is shown on their website. When I reached out to them, they are not willing to replay or refund. They are insisting that what they sent me is what they show which is blatantly false.
I realized after placing the order that several others faced similar problem. However. they continue to cheat consumers such as me.
The government should cancel their license.

from zookr.in and get it delivered 19/11/2018 when i open packet then i see it is no sealed and produced is totally damaged and duplicate along with local i have tried their customer care nomber [protected] so many times but it did not respond i want to return this product and get it refund
