Hi,
I had ordered "Sunny Boom High Bass Earphone" but I received a duplicate product of a very cheap quality and which doesn't even have branding packaging at all. They sent me a completely different product than what was shown in their website/app.
I even tried calling to Zookr.in customer care several times but it is always engaged and not able to connect to them at all.
Then I sent an email to their support team and they are not replying with any resolution as of now.
I want to escalate this issue to get my full refund against the order I received.
