Dear consumer services,
Recently on oct 23, 2018 7:17:58 pm i have ordered a smartwatch worth of rs.1999 on www.zookr.in.i have received the product on oct 27, 2018 5:45 pm. The problem regarding the product is not described as it is posted on their site. The product is not the same one which i have received so i have made a complaint to their customer services but they are saying that they issued the right product but it is not the same one which i ordered and received. I shall attach the link of the product that they hosted and i shall attach the product which i have received in document1. You can compare both the product and help me out to get refund and can avoid further cheatings of them to others. I am including some extra detail of the order for further information
