Zookr.in — got different product which is not working

I have ordered vapor kw77 smart watch with camera and the product which is shown in the website is totally different from what I received.
My order id is - TNSMDWWMG4BV.
How can i return it? I have ordered this product as a guest and there is no option for returning the product.
And also this watch is not working and even not get switch on yet while it has charged for more than two hour.
The first two images are the product which I got.
The other two images are shown in zookr.in website.
Please tell me how can i file a case against zookr.in.
It is totally fake and fraudulent website.

Updated by Somesh bhadauria They are now told that we can't do anything thing we neither replace ur product nor refund the amount.
