I have purchased a 10 inch tab vide order no.: 2ae8081a-c5e1-4cc8-8055-cc35fbcd91f0 and the order was placed: sep 10, 2018 10:51:07 am from your website zookr.in. I have received the order on 15th sep. To my astonishment i received a 9.7 inch tab. As mentioned in the website i should get zoomstar x10 10 inch tablet + free hbqi7r wireless earpod, 1 x charger, 1 x micro usb cable, 1 x otg cable, 1 x earphone, 1 x user manual. But i have received a 9.7 inch tab, charger and micro usb cable only which is not right.
Kindly take this back and send me 10 inch tab, free hbqi7r wireles earpod, otg cable, ear phone and user manual. I am also attaching a pic of the box for your perusal.
