I have placed a prepaid order for the product smart watch on dec 24, 2018 9:49:41 pm. The product got delivered today however its not functioning and the product is not matching with the specifications mentioned in the web site.
- the product doesn’t have any manufacturer name on it
- whts app, twitter, fb not working
- not able to punch in any letters
I have asked for he refund or replacement of the product and below response i have received
