I ordered the smart watch phanthom 4g on 25th december 2018 and i have received a watch without a name smart watch which is not as per shown in website on 27th december 2018. Then i contacted the customer care their id is [protected]@zookr.in and called 6 executives till now. I got the reply from [protected]@zookr.in on 29th december 2018.
Reply from zookr - “we do not have a policy of allowing refunds or exchange in such cases. We have delivered the product as was shown on website. Hence your request cannot be accepted. For more information, please read our return policy here.
