Zookr.in — received different product and it is defective.

I have ordered Smart watch and received a different basic watch with damaged battery(Battery totally bulged).

I have tried to call the customer care support many times and no one answers the call. This is a Total FRAUD. Please help me in getting a Total refund for my order.

I have contacted the support with in 48 hours as per the return policy and submitted the claim through E-mail at [protected]@zookr.in
NO one responds to the e-mail or calls.

I have tried to call them a hundred times, no response to the calls.

Please ban these type of fake online websites. File a complaint and take strict action on such frauds.
