I have ordered the android smartphone. I have received item: mon, sep 24, 2018. From day one, i am trying to return & get my money back. Since i have seen the item, it is the fake one. I. E. It is non-functional china phone. The phone is just working with on/off, but sim card not working. Also, memory card options not available. I have asked many times through customer care team[protected] for my money back/ return, they asked photos & videos of phone and charging. After that, they told always, "back-end team is working on it". But two months over.. Still, they are told, backend team is working on it. I know, best layers from my end to find a solution for this issue. Please give the address of this company.
