I have enclosed the pic of the product about the packing quality and product quality. Am looking for the replacement of product as per your product list, these looks very cheap china market product which nobody want were it.

I had ordred Phantom 4G smart watch but instead i received Bolt
Q5 smart watch, i am very dissapointed after seeing the wrong watch delivered. i have given all details that were asked of me even the photos of wrong watch and correct watch

this will be my last order from zookr until i receive the correct product i ordered for. and i know the company is not fake and that it was by mistake and not cheated
