Order number [protected] - bolt q4 smart watch
The item was recieved on 23rd nov and unpacked, then charged with the cable provided in the box with a good usb charger for almost 2 hours. The watch never switched on. Sent mail to zookr for replacement.
Replacement watch came only on 15th dec. Same problem. This time it dis not even show charging indication.
Both time i sent videos and enough proofs.
Zookr product support is pathetic. They have a very bad process. They don't respond properly and no means to quickly replace item. First they don't give a quality product that works.
